How to fix CATS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CATS app on iPhone
Update CATS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CATS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CATS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CATS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CATS Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CATS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CATS App
1. On android, goto Settings » CATS » click [Force Stop]

Update CATS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CATS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CATS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CATS.

Fix CATS unable to contact server/ CATS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CATS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CATS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
