Not working at all since Friday. Today is Sunday.

I purchased my monthly yesterday. The app says I'm blocked. When I call MyMTA the recording said the office is closed today 2/1. I cantaccess my ticket

MyMTA app no longer saves favorites. Totally useless now

Tried to add favorite bus routes and everytime I click on favorites within the bus tab the app closes

Close and restart the MYmta app on iPhone
Update MYmta app to the Latest Version for iOS

Fix MYmta on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MYmta network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MYmta app issues:

Force Stop the MYmta App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MYmta app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MYmta to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MYmta App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MYmta app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MYmta.

Fix MYmta unable to contact server/ MYmta internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MYmta » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MYmta » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MYmta on android.
