- App doesn't work properly no matter where you try to watch it

- Shuts down every time when the phone or iPad is not on

- Doesn't switch between episodes automatically

- No life stream

- Russian channels were taken out and replaced with channels on Ukrainian language without asking people

- Poor quality on TV and phone

- Not very user friendly

- Exits the app if you open your drop down menu or turn up brightness

- Not many shows and movies on it

I can no longer pause or fast-forward Solovyov on KartinaTV on my ROKU 3710x. Started about a week ago. No problem on my Fire. Issue occurs after 5 minutes of program.

Hi, Mobile app always crashes on iphone after downloading a movie using SMART add-on and it doesn't show under downloads. Please advise

Not connecting to wifi, it says Net podklucenija. WiFi on other devises works fine. Sometimes it connects but works for an hour and then again no connection.

Close and restart the Kartina TV app on iPhone
Update Kartina TV app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Kartina TV iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Kartina TV on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Kartina TV network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the Kartina TV App
1. On android, goto Settings » Kartina TV » click [Force Stop]

Update Kartina TV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Kartina TV App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Kartina TV » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Kartina TV.

Fix Kartina TV unable to contact server/ Kartina TV internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Kartina TV » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Kartina TV » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
