- You cannot see when prescriptions are ready to be refilled and how to order them to be sent.

- The nearest CVSs are all about 25 miles from me but do not show up on the map.

- The old app was much better than the new app.

The wheelchair Apple download but it's making me resign in again adding my insurance but clocks for hours and will not let me sign in

To resolve Wellcare+ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Wellcare+ App
1. On android, goto Settings » Wellcare+ » click [Force Stop]

Clear Wellcare+ App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Wellcare+ » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Wellcare+.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Wellcare+ » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Wellcare+ » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Wellcare+
