The app no longer works on my Smart TV.

Warhammer TV broadcasts start then pause every 5-30 seconds and when it starts to play again (after a similar amount of time) it has jumped ahead. I have a 1Gb/s optical internet connection - its either the player (tried in Chrome and Edge) or the server. Serious waste of time and money.

The app doesn't work at all, just stays on black screen the whole time, I have tried everything and still nothing. Do not recommend at all.

Useless and waste of money. App on roku TV is useless. Log in, see all the pretty pictures and as soon as you try to select something/anything to watch app crashes back to TV dashboard.

I only get a green screen when trying to watch Exodite. I have volume but no picture. I've tried reinstalling the app, hard resetting my TV. How do I get it to work?

I am unable to watch the exodite on my TV. I only get a green screen, sound plays in the back ground. This is the second episode I haven't been able to watch. So it's be broken for the weeks. How do I fix it. I have uninstalled the app & reinstall but I still have the same problem.

How to fix Warhammer TV app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Warhammer TV app on iPhone
Update Warhammer TV app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Warhammer TV iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Warhammer TV on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Warhammer TV network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Warhammer TV not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Warhammer TV App
1. On android, goto Settings » Warhammer TV » click [Force Stop]

Update Warhammer TV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Warhammer TV App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Warhammer TV » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Warhammer TV.

Fix Warhammer TV unable to contact server/ Warhammer TV internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Warhammer TV » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Warhammer TV » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Warhammer TV
