Sometimes if I find something I want to watch and click it KartinaTV closes itself for some reason with no explanation then I have to start KartinaTV again. It’s not the end on the world because KartinaTV is pretty fast so everything starts up and does what I want to eventually pretty fast but still. Another thing is the subtitles. I would like the option to put subtitles on in both English or Russian ( the two languages i speak of course other languages welcome lol) because at night I can’t have volume high and I’m hard of hearing so this is very frustrating at times not having subtitles. But overall I’m pleased with KartinaTV and hope they continue to update there movie and tv shows library because if one is going to pay 30$ usd a month for it the it should definitely always be updated lol so until there’s subtitles I say 4 stars I use it on ROKU.

KartinaTV doesn’t work properly no matter where you try to watch it, on iPad or iPhone. Shuts down every single time when the phone or iPad is not on. Also it doesn’t switch between episodes automatically so in order to go to another episode, you have to close the current on, go back and open whatever you need. It has no life stream as well. Additionally, with the current events in the world, KartinaTV (both on tv and iPad) took out all Russian channels and replaced them with channels on Ukrainian language which we personally didn’t ask for because neither members of my family speaks. I understand the intention behind it, however if you’re going to take out the most popular Russian channels, do it but at least ask people whether they want the others or not.

I bought a new TV and subscribed to KartinaTV so I can have Russian tv but the quality both on the TV and phone is HORRIBLE. Its very blurry definitely not HD. KartinaTV is not very user friendly. It exits KartinaTV if you open your drop down menu or turn up brightness. Very poor quality everything. It doesn’t have that many shows and movies on it either. And I doubt they will cancel my free trial period before I have to pay just to get money out of me. Yeah, I will stick to Netflix. Don’t suggest anyone downloading KartinaTV.

Couldn’t even imagine that I can watch my favorite shows and movies in Russian and Ukrainian language on the go - everywhere!
Would highly recommend it to all my friends and family!

They have lowered the annual subscription to 180 or 18/mo but if you are like me and purchased annual subscription couple of months back too bad, because they don’t do a recount for people who subscribed through Apple. I guess my biggest complaint is customer service which took over 2 weeks to reply to my inquiry with regards to this injustice and they weren’t even apologetic about this.

Love everything about kartina: HD, Start. However channel 1 is not available which is the major channel i watch. Same about dom kino, these r two main channels for me and both of them aren’t available anymore.

premium subscription lets you watch on multiple devices, but only under one IP. So if you travel and want to watch, while your family watching at home, you’re out of luck.

There is no channel 1 programs at all which you find out only after you subscribe. There is also no online live streaming which is misleading as they advertise like you can watch channels. So no, you can’t watch channels, just some shows and movies previously streamed on those channels.

Some channels are not available (Первый канал, ТНТ) and you don’t know what’s available unless you purchase the service... In addiction, there is a quality issue on Apple TV app. After 4-5 times of using KartinaTV , 1/4 of the screen is black. Need to reboot the device every time to fix this issue. Not a great thing for $29 per month...

Hope you’re aware you’ve rolled out a poorly designed buggy update. It crashes all the time, streams multiple feeds from different channels at the same time, doesn’t pause correctly. The new grid is useless. You’ve ruined a solid and stable iOS app.

Great programs for every age and taste.

Crashed during purchase. After that cannot restore the purchase from Apple ID however money were withdraw from my credit card. The error message says “wrong login. Contact support” - there is no support link,phone,email in the GUI

Not intuitive navigation through recorded programs
Time shift is broken. If I set my time zone, I cannot watch the shows recorded in Moscow time—it cuts me off by 8 hours
Program guide is broken. I need to choose a previous day to see today’s content.

The vendor seems to have forgotten about quality control. For $300 I pay annually, KartinaTV is a crap.

KartinaTV for Apple TV has the same exact issues.

KartinaTV was good before the latest update.
However, now there are annoying ads that appear when watching tv programs.
When listening KartinaTV through headphones, even the lowest level of sound is too loud for me.

Kartina TV, please take actions to address the above mentioned problems.

Simply the best

There are constant crashes and log-in issues. Once again, paid for subscription but unable to log in.

Worth every penny.

Is it possible too create TV Grid ? Same like it was in old app?

I like the update but the audio is horrible via Bluetooth please fix it.
I tried on my iPad and iPhone same thing
When not connected to Bluetooth audio is good. Thx
