It was working fine till yesterday then today I tried to open the app several times but all that appears a blank white screen and I tried everything to make it work again but nothing changed

How to fix SnoAnime app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SnoAnime app on iPhone
Update SnoAnime app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SnoAnime iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SnoAnime on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SnoAnime network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SnoAnime Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SnoAnime not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SnoAnime App
1. On android, goto Settings » SnoAnime » click [Force Stop]

Update SnoAnime to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SnoAnime App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SnoAnime » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SnoAnime.

Fix SnoAnime unable to contact server/ SnoAnime internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SnoAnime » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SnoAnime » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SnoAnime
