I can't watch program ,cause

This app doesn’t work properly no matter where you try to watch it, on iPad or iPhone. Shuts down every single time when the phone or iPad is not on. Also it doesn’t switch between episodes automatically so in order to go to another episode, you have to close the current on, go back and open whatever you need. It has no life stream as well. Additionally, with the current events in the world, the app (both on tv and iPad) took out all Russian channels and replaced them with channels on Ukrainian language which we personally didn’t ask for because neither members of my family speaks. I understand the intention behind it, however if you’re going to take out the most popular Russian channels, do it but at least ask people whether they want the others or not.

I bought a new TV and subscribed to this app so I can have Russian tv but the quality both on the TV and phone is HORRIBLE. Its very blurry definitely not HD. The app is not very user friendly. It exits the app if you open your drop down menu or turn up brightness. Very poor quality everything. It doesn’t have that many shows and movies on it either. And I doubt they will cancel my free trial period before I have to pay just to get money out of me. Yeah, I will stick to Netflix. Don’t suggest anyone downloading this app.

They have lowered the annual subscription to 180 or 18/mo but if you are like me and purchased annual subscription couple of months back too bad, because they don’t do a recount for people who subscribed through Apple. I guess my biggest complaint is customer service which took over 2 weeks to reply to my inquiry with regards to this injustice and they weren’t even apologetic about this.
