TuftsHealthPlan was actually good at first, but I just spent the last 15 hours trying to get it to work. I tried to login I got an error message saying to try again later I change my password. It lets me login it doesn't show anything. I log back out. Change the password 10 more times finally let me in to look at my account. I close TuftsHealthPlan . Try to log back in and get the same stupid try again some other time error messages. Can someone please fix this. Same things happen on the website too.

I use my email to logon. It says invalid password. Okay. Go through the steps to verify my email and it says my email. Great. Type it in and it says unregistered email.

Oh and every time I click an action the error “Please wait sometime before trying again” shows it was written in a third world country.

This is the worst app ever. I hope I never have to use the actual health care. I’ll probably end up dead.

Where can I get support for this? The people at Tufts tell me they don’t do tech support. I have an online account but can’t access it through TuftsHealthPlan .

This is worst application I have ever seen. When I login from laptop using website, it is asking for User Id and password but when I tried to login on IOS App it is asking for email address and password.

I tried providing email address I have filed with my account but it giving error saying my user does not exist in system.

I tried accessing forget email id link and when I provided my Member Id it is saying my member ID is not valid even though I have provided exact same member ID as printed on my member ID Card but still its not valid, what crap.

Even website is not proper, I changed my address 3 times from laptop but it is still showing old address even after getting confirmation that your changes will take affect from this bla bla date.

Developers you should really take care of all these small small thing which could be more benefits for end user.

Easily the worst health plan I’ve ever had, and TuftsHealthPlan as well as the website never works. Constant errors or just doesn’t get past log in screen.

I would have given TuftsHealthPlan at least a four star rating, but I am so annoyed that I have to go to a computer because there is no way to pay the monthly premium payment on TuftsHealthPlan . What’s up with that???

Got my new plan card and an invitation to download TuftsHealthPlan . So I did. Registered with my member number, birthdate and email. All I get is an error that says to try again after waiting “some time”. I imagine TuftsHealthPlan would be helpful if it worked and could be reliable.

This is the worst developed and supported app. Nobody at Tufts or their IT department has any clue who to talk to to get help on it.

I have been transferred back and forth between the help desk and Tufts for nearly 2-hours now. On a web browser on a computer I can log into the Tufts website without a hitch. The iOS app fails out on log in no matter what. It refuses the log-in credentials.

I’m a tech savvy person and after spending 10 minutes just setting things up I can’t get past the screen after being asked to set up a pin. TuftsHealthPlan just hangs and there’s no way to move forward. Garbage!

Keeps telling me to update my app from TuftsHealthPlan Store but when I go there I only have the option to open TuftsHealthPlan . It worked fine the first time I installed it it it hasn’t worked since. It would be nice if it worked because the web browser version requires 8 button clicks just to get to the log in screen.

What’s the point of storing all your health insurance information in an app that regularly won’t let you log in. More than half the time I try to access TuftsHealthPlan an error message appears that just says “try again in some time”. With the amount I pay for insurance you’d think they could afford a functioning app. Pathetic.

Like others, I keep trying to enter my email and password and getting an error message saying these are not the credentials it has on file for me — and these are definitely correct, because they work fine to log me in to the website using a computer. Also tried the ‘forgot my email address’ option to see if it maybe had a different one on file, but it also gave an error to the birthday and security question answer I typed in, though those were definitely correct too. (This is for a workplace plan.)

I just got an email from Tufts with a link to download TuftsHealthPlan . After the install, TuftsHealthPlan hangs on the logo screen and doesn’t continue. Looks like there have been many similar issues in “recent” comments.

Very easy to use with features I need most at my fingertips. Love the fingerprint log in and ID card!

TuftsHealthPlan is good for checking up claims and id cards. Finding a doctor screens need some work but I’m glad I can at least now do it on mobile. Using my fingerprint to login is fantastic!
