this app was actually good at first, but I just spent the last 15 hours trying to get it to work. I tried to login I got an error message saying to try again later I change my password. It lets me login it doesn't show anything. I log back out. Change the password 10 more times finally let me in to look at my account. I close the app. Try to log back in and get the same stupid try again some other time error messages. Can someone please fix this. Same things happen on the website too.

This is worst application I have ever seen. When I login from laptop using website, it is asking for User Id and password but when I tried to login on IOS App it is asking for email address and password.

I tried providing email address I have filed with my account but it giving error saying my user does not exist in system.

I tried accessing forget email id link and when I provided my Member Id it is saying my member ID is not valid even though I have provided exact same member ID as printed on my member ID Card but still its not valid, what crap.

Even website is not proper, I changed my address 3 times from laptop but it is still showing old address even after getting confirmation that your changes will take affect from this bla bla date.

Developers you should really take care of all these small small thing which could be more benefits for end user.

Like others, I keep trying to enter my email and password and getting an error message saying these are not the credentials it has on file for me — and these are definitely correct, because they work fine to log me in to the website using a computer. Also tried the ‘forgot my email address’ option to see if it maybe had a different one on file, but it also gave an error to the birthday and security question answer I typed in, though those were definitely correct too. (This is for a workplace plan.)
