App is able to scan receipt to collect rewards and fills out form automatically, but after hitting DONE on the form page the Santa sleigh keeps flying by on a never ending loop. Shutting off the app and revisiting the page does maintain the data from the san,but still did not process it.

App opened to blank white screen. So I removed app from screen & went to App Store & tried to upload which I did but still opens to white screen. Now problem is that app icon is not appearing on any of the pages on my Ipoh 12 max pro so I can’t delete it either! Please assist. I do have app on my 5th Gen iPad & it works fine there.

Won’t allow me to sign in from mobile app or internet. Tried deleting app and reloading, changed password numerous times still no success. Been trying for over 3 weeks. Please HELP!!! Sure not having a Dickey’s day. Thanks, Dave
