Get Pricing Info for DICKEY-johnI purchase 2 sliders today 3/23 @ your Metairie location. What I got was trash. For 10.00 a waste of money. The manager said ,there's no refund. That was enough to cause an uproar for anyone to sell, let along fix that. I have pictures to share. I've eaten at other locations and enjoy. This was crap. It was even a slider bun it was on a folded piece of bread. I am a professional cook and would never sell or serve that, if I was told to. Unacceptable.

I signed up to redeem a free sandwich thanks to T-Mobile Tuesday. The website wouldn’t let me redeem a reward so I thought the app would be easier. In an era of take out food being so popular Dickey’s needs to invest in technology because this app is terrible. So bad I don’t want to eat here because of the digital experience. It was looping me around and not loading correctly. Errors when trying to load a time, errors when login a a car. Taking longer to place an order than the drive there. It also is poor with pricing and when redeeming a reward it showed $0 for additions which wasn’t correct until seeing my final bill. It doesn’t break down prices and only totals the bill. I adjusted the tip to $1 and from it always looping back to the screen I was charged 2.92 for the tip. The app is too frustrating and I will not be using it to order anything else.
by Sad And Frustrating
I was brought to this app due to the T-Mobile Tuesday promotion, boy, it’s a torture for the user and it’s a joke and a shame for developers to have such a horrible app.
1. It keeps complaining the address wasn’t found if I sign up with my email even though the address was auto filled up by the app. It stuck here.
2. It seems to allow me to sign up through google account, but when I logged out, the screen title bar still displays (hello, “my name”). Even when the screen shows the new user sign up/ sig in form, my previous sign in name was still displayed.
3. No way to check/uncheck items selected, the cart is not sync up either.
4. The store selection pull down menu is a joke, which shows the app was developed by someone from a half century ago.
When I thought it cannot get any worse, boy, today I try redeem from t-mobile app, and was taken to the store app, it shows “I will get my reward through my email in the next day”, guess what, there is no place for you to enter the email address, what a frustrating and sad experience. An App from the Stone Age.

I ordered lunch with the app. I drove to the restaurant. It was closed. It was 12:15pm. Hours on the door and the app shows that it opens at 11:00am. Nope. Dark. Locked. Empty. But they took my money. I’m disputing with my bank. Gave it a second try. Placed a curbside order. Went through the whole process. Took forever. I pressed the submit button. Poof. Crash. I opened it back up. No sign of my order. Cart was empty. Waste of time.
Edit.
I gave it a second try. Ordered using the app after confirming that the location was open. Paid. Got to the location. Several things that I paid for... they didn’t have. They never have desserts other than the soft serve. Discontinued by the location. They were out of 2/3 of the meats that I ordered and two side dishes. At 2pm. Done. Done. Done.
