I cannot see the letters I am entering to login and it keeps telling me my password or email is incorrect. I reset the password again it allows me in Bnft as soon as I log out and I try to login again it tells me incorrect password again. I have done this more than five times. I don’t want to delete app and then download again. Please fix this.

I am experiencing the same issue as other users where I cannot see anything that has been typed into the email or password field and even if I do type it all in then press sign in nothing happens. This is very frustrating when trying to check the balance on my account! 😡

I’m used to the New York app which is way better. You guys only approve of CHEAP non name brand products. Which is ridiculous and sad! Just because we receive WIC doesn’t mean we should only be allowed to buy the cheap nasty things! Don’t mean to be rude but the food quality is not good! Maybe I’m used to the good quality name brand things but it shouldn’t just be a NY thing. You guys need to redo your benefit app because it doesn’t give you a list of what products you can specifically buy on Bnft like the NY one. It’s like you have to guess and be get the products wrong a bunch of times before you know what food you guys approve of! Then you guys don’t have stores that tell you what item is approved for WIC ! Like get on that !

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Bnft several times and it still doesn’t show anything you’re typing to log in. You just have to guess. Also, the “locator” is never for the right store which is alright I guess as long as you know what you’re looking for. Plus the barcode scanner still works. But the not being able to see when logging in thing is annoying.

I’ve had Bnft for over a year, maybe even two! But now since the update I can’t see my email address when I go to log in, I also cannot see my password as I type it. Needless to say, last night when I tired to log in at Walmart to check my balance, I couldn’t log in at all because of this. Very very frustrating. Do not recommend. Fix this.

I really love Bnft but I haven’t been able to use it for the past 2 months. Not sure what’s going on but this is really inconvenient because I have tried other apps to use and can’t find one that’s compatible with my state so I have no way of knowing how much benefits I have left. No one keeps those little receipts and they’re easy to lose. PLEASE GET Bnft UP AND RUNNING AGAIN!!!!!!!

I’m actually color blind and after always getting logged out after every use. Typing white letters into a white background is impossible for me and my sausage fingers. Also the scanner barely ever scans anything. So I have no idea what I can and cannot grab and get out the store. Makes a hour shopping trip into a full day event.

Cant see to type out email or password to sign in. Takes me 10 times to try to sign in because it’s just a blank box. Had to change my password several times because it keeps telling me it’s wrong.... I can’t see!!! Takes forever to load. No wonder why it has such horrible reviews.

I mean I’m grateful for Bnft to help tell me which products are wic qualified and which aren’t BUT the scanner doesn’t work (big inconvenience) so I have to manually enter each barcode for every single product until I learn what’s a yes and what’s a no. So I’ll give two stars and update when they fix that.

I love Bnft but since update I can not use scanner and I have to type in codes. Much easier when scanner worked. Now is not the time for it not to work. As wic has had so many changes what used to be cover is not now. So I like to scan just to make sure. Can you fix app so scanner works again. I’m not only one I see that it’s happen too. Thank you. I plus I do like how it shows you what you have and have left. Also better than paper because you don’t have to get everything at once just what you need at moment.

So I have seen lots of reviews about Bnft not working with the new iOS 14 update. I was having the same problem until I turned on the light mode Bnft does not work under the dark mode.

I wish Bnft had a calculator to help keep up with how much breakfast cereal you have left to buy like the Wic shopper arc has. I wish it also had recipes. I am glad it does keep up with your purchases so you don’t have to take a picture of your receipt even though it’s a bit slow to keep up with updating what is left.

The scanner is wonderful for knowing what products work. However, i do wish they had the list of items on Bnft too. A few things like cereal is much easier to know brand than scanning everything.

I’m sure others have wrote a review similar to this one, but I must say it again. I was really excited for Bnft and the new way of tracking your benefits but Bnft is so inconvenient because when you want to use it, you can’t even log in. Leaves you having to keep track of your balance pretty much on your own

Works great! Scan to see if an item is approved or not, see your balance of what you can get and or have left that you can get. Only app I can use for it!!

This is really a great app to use and verify what can be bought or not. Saves a lot of time at the cash registers. Definitely recommend downloading Bnft.

My only complaint is out of nowhere the scanner stopped working and now I always have to type in the barcode…. Update: it was my fault I didn’t realize I turned my camera option off for Bnft itself

New update won’t let me open Bnft . Every time I open it my screen turns black and takes me back to my homepage. Can’t log in let alone check my balance please fix otherwise I won’t know what I can get or have left to buy.

Bnft logs me out everytime & never sends me a password reset email

Bnft was recommended by WIC office but is completely worthless. I am unable to get an email with a temporary password.

I can’t log on Bnft because it said something about my state. But I can log on the actual website. I’m in Maryland by the way!

Every time I try to use it, it’ll only take 1 item off instead of all my Wic items! It’s very frustrating

Tried to reset my password...but app does not successfully send me an email to complete the reset. Tried about 10 times. Checked and double checked that my email was typed in right. No number to call for assistance???

No option to recover password or change password when you no longer have access the email you signed up with.
I tried calling the number on the back of the card and still no option.

I forgot my password but it won’t send me a code. I keep putting in my password but it says it’s wrong

Great app, really helpful but the scanner doesn’t work. So entering the serial numbers of items all time is annoying

I like Bnft however the scanner never works. It’s a problem when trying to shop and having to manually enter the code. We spent 3 hours shopping the other day because of this issue! Frustrating.

Bnft is great but why do we have to wait for the intro to finish before we can log in.

The only thing I don’t like is that I have to sit through the intro every time I open Bnft . It’s very inconvenient, other then that I love Bnft .
