I have issue with Wic Bnft app. When I register I mistake enter wrong number so I not receive OTP cord. So I need know how change my use number.please advise me
My account is locked. When i had to the the authentication, i got a code, but it would not work. Did it 5 times, now my account/ app is locked
Please let us know if anything changes because nothing is working to see what is left on my account

I can't log into Bnft app anymore. It says, "Error logging in. Please try again." I reset my password, but it's still says the same when I try logging in to it. It's very frustrating!

Unknown error please try again later message every time I try to login.
Every time I open the app, I go to check what types of foods are eligible to be puchased with my WIC card and I get an error that it cannot be done. This needs to be fixed! Also, when I scan a food (baby food jars specifically) and it says "this item approved by WIC" and I get to the register and it actually isn't.
An unknown error message pops up when I put in my number for a conformation text!!

When I go to log in and it goes to tge text or email me part it gives me error every time and i dont know how to update the number
Is there any way to fix the app so that I don’t have to turn off my VPN when I’m on public networks. As it is currently, the app and website fail to work. Turning off the VPN resolves the problem, but it opens me up to third party visibility on public networks (such as the stores WI-FI)
I can’t login into my app I forgot my password and don’t have the email anymore. I have a new email. How do I reset all that I’ve tried calling all numbers
