2 months agoBeen trying to change my email for Bnft for almost 3 years now. i would like to change my email cause i don't have access to it anymore. Therefore i can't get into my account. Would be nice if you could help me reset me email.

5 months agoEvery time I try to log in with my code after it sends to my phone it sends from 2 phone numbers (with same code) but says there is an error and even tryed having it called and told to me to which it still says there is an error. It is pissing me off. Please help me now.

2 years agoI set my email up as chesliebug@redacted and I tried changing the con to com and it wouldn’t let me so I reset my password to see if that would fix it but now I’ve forgotten my password and I can’t have emails sent to me because I don’t have an email account with the email listed on there so I can’t retrieve my password what do I do

This app is terrible
I’m used to the New York app which is way better. You guys only approve of CHEAP non name brand products. Which is ridiculous and sad! Just because we receive WIC doesn’t mean we should only be allowed to buy the cheap nasty things! Don’t mean to be rude but the food quality is not good! Maybe I’m used to the good quality name brand things but it shouldn’t just be a NY thing. You guys need to redo your benefit app because it doesn’t give you a list of what products you can specifically buy on the app like the NY one. It’s like you have to guess and be get the products wrong a bunch of times before you know what food you guys approve of! Then you guys don’t have stores that tell you what item is approved for WIC ! Like get on that !

Can’t see to log in
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and it still doesn’t show anything you’re typing to log in. You just have to guess. Also, the “locator” is never for the right store which is alright I guess as long as you know what you’re looking for. Plus the barcode scanner still works. But the not being able to see when logging in thing is annoying.

Frustrated
I’ve had this app for over a year, maybe even two! But now since the update I can’t see my email address when I go to log in, I also cannot see my password as I type it. Needless to say, last night when I tired to log in at Walmart to check my balance, I couldn’t log in at all because of this. Very very frustrating. Do not recommend. Fix this.
