When viewing veo recordings, my computer crashes. It’s a max and it’s software is 10.15.7

How to fix Veo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Veo app on iPhone
Update Veo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Veo iPhone app

To resolve Veo network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Veo app issues:

Force Stop the Veo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Veo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Veo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Veo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Veo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Veo.

Fix Veo unable to contact server/ Veo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Veo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Veo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Veo on android.
