How to fix ZipPass app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ZipPass app on iPhone
Update ZipPass app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ZipPass iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ZipPass on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ZipPass network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Fix ZipPass not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ZipPass app issues:

Force Stop the ZipPass App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ZipPass app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ZipPass to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ZipPass App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ZipPass app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ZipPass.

Fix ZipPass unable to contact server/ ZipPass internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ZipPass » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ZipPass » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ZipPass on android.
