Garbage software. Terrible error handling. Couldn’t authenticate. Couldn’t send password reset. Had to use different ads app to do those things. Both apps continue to demand address verification even though I have verified and attempts to send another verification results in an error. Try hiring software engineers who know how to write code.

TheO2VenueApp is useless. I have installed it and it won’t open. Tried deleting and installing again and still won’t work. All I get is the logo and the spinning wheel. How am I supposed to access my tickets if TheO2VenueApp won’t even open???

I purchased a Priority ticket (which is sold by Ticketmaster) and it is not accessible on the o2 app as it only supports ASX. How can Ticketmaster tell you to access your tickets via the O2 app and the O2 app not support Ticketmaster? And of course no reps are available from O2 / Ticketmaster / ASX to speak to when the event is tomorrow. Useless App for priority tickets.

Bought O2 London Queen tickets 2 years ago before pandemic. Decided to resell now that performance date is firm as reside not in UK. Notification displays to get proceeds from resale must have a bank in country of venue. Convenient clause to keep my $ considering O2 had no problem accepting original payment via international credit card. No thanks O2. No air for you.

Was able to access tickets a week ago. Now the night before the show am unable to access tickets. I’ve seen multiple complaints of similar nature in TheO2VenueApp reviews and online. Why require ticket holders that purchased tickets through other outlets to use an unresponsive and useless app? Invalid token? refresh? no assistance from the the venue, TheO2VenueApp , or the ticket outlet. If I can’t get into the show tomorrow night someone will be receiving a whole lotta words…

TLDR; you need to create two accounts, one when you login to TheO2VenueApp and one to get the tickets.
Man, what a poor app experience. Luckily I’m a software developer and know how to tinker with software to maybe get it working.
Who would’ve ever guessed that? I was trying to use the same login to get my tickets as I did to login to TheO2VenueApp . If you create two separate logins (use your same email and a different password) you can access your tickets. Hope this helps!!!
