The sign up button doesn‘t work, so I cannot retrieve my tickets. Since it is the only way, I am kind of at loss what to do. The app and os is updated , so is hay should I do? No it contact available, nothing. I am ready to give the tickets back since I would be coming from Germany. However, not possible either. This is just really absurd.

I can’t access my tickets through this app.

It uses multiple conflicting accounts (O2, AXS, and linked accounts).

I can’t log in with an email address I previously registered with to retrieve my tickets purchased via Ticketmaster, nor can I reset the password for that previously created account, because the app claims that email address is unknown.

What this app excels at, though, is trying to subscribe the user to additional marketing messaging, notifications, and newsletters.

First I had the same problem as some other people writing that they don’t get access to their tickets.
I downloaded the app, created an account with the email address I used for my ticket purchase and the app updated. But then when I wanted to see “my tickets” the app asked me to log in but didn’t accept my login data.
The solution is to sign up again with the same email address. I finally have my ticket.

The app in itself is great. But the tickets could be found more easily.
