How to fix BlueCare Anywhere app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BlueCare Anywhere app on iPhone
Update BlueCare Anywhere app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BlueCare Anywhere iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BlueCare Anywhere on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BlueCare Anywhere network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix BlueCare Anywhere not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BlueCare Anywhere App
1. On android, goto Settings » BlueCare Anywhere » click [Force Stop]

Update BlueCare Anywhere to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BlueCare Anywhere App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BlueCare Anywhere » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BlueCare Anywhere.

Fix BlueCare Anywhere unable to contact server/ BlueCare Anywhere internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BlueCare Anywhere » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BlueCare Anywhere » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BlueCare Anywhere
