How to fix AnywhereCare app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AnywhereCare app on iPhone
Update AnywhereCare app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AnywhereCare iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AnywhereCare on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AnywhereCare network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AnywhereCare Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AnywhereCare not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AnywhereCare App
1. On android, goto Settings » AnywhereCare » click [Force Stop]

Update AnywhereCare to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AnywhereCare App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AnywhereCare » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AnywhereCare.

Fix AnywhereCare unable to contact server/ AnywhereCare internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AnywhereCare » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AnywhereCare » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AnywhereCare
