I scheduled an appointment, then went through all the steps and answered all the questions only for it to tell me last minute that my psychiatrist is not licensed for my state. That is something that you could easily filter way before I schedule an appointment. Thank you for wasting my time. Get better engineers, don’t be cheap. Also my time costs money, so please send me a check for $80 plus an inconvenience fee of $40 because I scheduled my night around the appointment I couldn’t have. Thank you. You have my address. Now you are charging me $40 for a missed appointment, but I guess this is a pending authorization fee and will be removed? 1. The email you sent me can’t be replied to which would be convenient to help launch a dispute claim 2. The phone numbers you gave me on the apps message a.) don’t have links b.) it’s not possible for me to copy the phone number. I have to flip back and forth to call support. You definitely rushed this product out which is annoying considering how many people probably use this service. It’s just such a mess.

I’ve used this a few times and half the time it was super helpful and convenient. The other half, it was useless, as the doctors just told me to go to an in person urgent care for medication for my cold. Urgent Care would cost me $75 to go and the whole point of BlueCareAnywhere is to get fast help when you’re unable to go in person. It honestly depends on who you get. I just got someone today who was utterly careless. If you get a doctor who cares, it’s good. If you get a doctor who’s just trying to collect money from your insurance and not actually care about you as the patient, then it’s a waste of time for you. Therefore, I feel my experiences are inconsistent and I rate this a 2. You might just be better off going in person to your regular doctor for consistency.

First time using a virtual clinic and would do it again. Was in a time crunch due to upcoming travel and knew going to the clinic’s Same Day clinic would take more time than I had and cost more money. The doctor I had was very professional, personable and quickly diagnosed the issue, wrote the prescription and gave some other care recommendations in case it continued. Even found out we grew up about 15 miles away from each other but he went to the rival university.

Our son woke up with slightly pink eyes , which looked like the onset of pinkeye but we weren’t quite sure. Today is a holiday (Labor Day) so our two urgent care’s that we have frequented we’re closed. So on a holiday, we weren’t sure where to go. Literally in about 10 minutes we got to talk to a doctor right in our kitchen and for less money than we would’ve spent at a. Urgent care. Turns out it’s viral and not bacterial, and our question was answered. Will use again! Highly recommend!

Today I had my very first virtual doctor visit. I was extremely hesitant; however I am so glad I went through with it. It was very easy to use. The doctor was extremely professional and friendly! Would of spent twice as much in both time and money if I would of gone to urgent care. I woke up having bad UTI symptoms and the last thing I wanted was to go sit in a waiting area. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

This was my first time using BlueCare anywhere, or any online doctor for that matter. I wish I would have tried it sooner, as this was such a convenience for my family. My daughter has pink eye, which is easily diagnosed and treated, but a prescription for eye drops is needed from a doctor. Something that can take an hour+ just took 10 minutes! Amazing!

I have been battling a pretty severe cold for over a week, which turned into a sinus infection, and I couldn’t get into my regular doctor. Figured I would give the Blue Care Anywhere a try, and found it to be extremely convenient! Visit was done via face time, and Dr Beull was very thorough. The overall visit took about 15 minutes, and she was able to send in the prescription to my local pharmacy.

Took me a while to download BlueCareAnywhere . But once that was done, the technicians and dr were very professional. Will definitely use this service again. Didn’t have to take time off work, was only $20...and customer service was first rate.

Spent 15 minutes with a psychiatrist for the initial visit (which should be around 45 minutes). For $200. When messaging them with questions they want you to just make another appointment.

Spent maybe 10 minutes with a different doctor for some breathing issues and a sinus infection. She emailed me a list of OTC medications and judged me for using marijuana (didn't ask how often I use it or anything just said it’s bad for you)

Maybe there’s a few okay doctors but they spend the least amount of time possible with you and could care less.

I used this service for the first time and I am a believer! I was on and off the phone in a matter of 10 minutes with a prescription being sent to my local pharmacy. The doctor I spoke with was so personable, caring and relatable. I would not hesitate to use this service again in the future.

It was great! I didn’t have to leave the house with my 2yr old. He was nice and informative with all my needs. I’ll be using this service again for sure. The Quality of the video and audio was better then I expected.

I love BlueCareAnywhere!! I was able to sit in my office and work while simultaneously seeing a Doctor!! I’ve used BlueCareAnywhere twice and each time the Doctors were courteous, kind, and helped me with exactly what I needed in less then a few minutes!!

I have put off taking care of a sinus problem for almost a week / and again did not want to wait at Urgent Care. I was in and out of the “doctors office” in less than 15 minutes and headed to pickup my prescription. Absolutely awesome.

That’s right folks, an app created by your insurance company can’t verify your insurance, so they charge you $199 for an appointment. You then get to call them to file a ticket to get your money back because the visit should have cost $45.
Even better, for $199 I got a doctor I couldn’t see or hear, despite him giving up on the platform and calling me directly.
Just wait to see your regular doctor, this isn’t worth the headache.

Dr Saap was very informative, she listened to me ramble about how I believe myself to have a sinus infection. She is very understanding and I laughed several times while video chatting with her. She gave great, easy to follow instructions and explained the reasoning behind her decisions. Thank you doctor Saap for listening to me ramble, and thank you for what you do!

I was planning on making a visit to the nearest urgent care when I remembered this option. And the cost of urgent care would have probably been over $200 in comparison to $49 through BlueCareAnywhere. The wait time was less than 10mins and the Dr. I spoke with was wonderful.

BlueCareAnywhere is user friendly. I connected with a healthcare provider right away to get the help I needed when my doctor was booked 6 weeks out.

I have used Blue Care Anywhere 2 times and both have been amazing! So glad to not have to wait in an office to see a doctor for routine things (like sinus infection). Both providers were great.

I went to bed on a Friday night not feeling too great and woke up Saturday with a low fever and chest congestion. There was no way I could drive myself to an urgent care or risk being sick come Monday. This was a super convenient and economical option for me and I’m so happy that BlueCareAnywhere exists!

BlueCareAnywhere is so easy to use. A few questions and then connected with a Dr. who was able to diagnose a sinus infection in about 5 minutes from the comfort of my home. I will definitely use this again.

This service is awful, I hate how U-Haul is pushing this service. I try to use it and I waited in line for about 4 hours. Never received any treatment nor did I hear anything from a doctor. I was then charged the $50 consolation fee! I’m now on my second day of trying to get ahold of customer support to get my money back! I’m still in need of medical assistance too.
