Login continues to give “ server error “!! I do not agree to add my card information’

I cannot ever log in to the app anymore. I always encounter a “server error”. This means that every time I need to check for a prescription I have to wait on hold after calling the pharmacy themself. This is no good for anyone.

Apx two months ago, I changed HEB pharmacy locations from Granbury to Stephenville. Now when a prescription is filled it doesn’t show up on my HEB pharmacy screen. Talked with the clerk about this and she tried to fix. She said the problem was that some of my prescriptions showed under Donald Middleton and some showed under Don Middleton. Can you fix this problem where they will all show under one account?

I cannot access my daughters profile and her name is not even visible in my app. Ridiculous. It’s been weeks since I could use the app to request refills for her.
