Love HEB but hate the pharmacy app! For almost a year HEBPharmacy and pharmacy website have said that the option to add members to the accounts will be fixed “in a few weeks” but nothing! I was able to add my son when HEBPharmacy still worked, but I have to call the pharmacy every time I fill a prescription for my youngest, and it takes multiple tries before I ever get an employee to answer the phone. They also told me they automatically hold a new RX to be filled the day after a doctor calls it in, even when it’s an antibiotic for a child! Prices may be cheaper but sometimes you get what you pay for….

I can’t check my prescription history no matter what I try. It’s advertised that I’ll be able to see it but I can’t? I guess I just can’t find it? I ran out of refills on a certain medication, requested more refills through HEBPharmacy and no one got back to me after a week. I lost the bottle and ... This whole process has been irritating, please explain to me what I’m doing wrong or make HEBPharmacy more user friendly.

I love H-E-B, I love the pharmacy, and HEBPharmacy is awesome except for one thing: I can’t add my husband’s prescriptions, can’t see what’s coming due, what needs picked up, what needs a new rx from the doctor. Developers: I understand not everyone wants their spouse handling their pharmacy business, but also not everyone would prefer to handle it on their own. App accounts should be able to handle more than one adult in the household AND split-offs from that household.

I’ve literally been to the pharmacy every day or every other day for weeks now because I can’t coordinate our scripts to be filled together. It’s ridiculous! Please fix!!!

Please fix how you can opt for text msgs, it always kicks me out and I have to ask the pharmacy techs to put me back in. As far as fingerprints are concerned, no I don’t like it because everyone knows fingerprints change. But please fix the editing of the phone number option. Thank you. And if you ... First, I am a HUGE fan of H-E-B. Thrilled to see this new refill option for prescriptions. However, several times I have put in a refill request, received confirmation at the end of the order, and then.... nothing. Last time it had my pharmacy in another town and I changed it (and confirmed) twice and each time I went back to request a refill, it had reverted back.
Great idea, guys, but we need to get take a look at these glitches!

I have 2 apps, the HEB and HEB Rx. I forgot my password trying to login to the HEB Rx app and requested password reset. The email reset link took me to the regular HEB app, logged me in, but never gave me a password reset option. I went to change password of my account profile, but it required m... What was unclear was whether the password is for both apps, or are they separate accounts by with different passwords? (2 apps + 1 password; OR 2 apps + 2 passwords?).

Also, couldn’t figure out how to the touchID to work, it wouldnt let me log in because it said my pass/username combo was incorrect? (...but I didn’t enter anything - it was Touch ID)

H-E-B Rx is great and extremely convenient to use. It’s easy to navigate and is an efficient way of ordering refills. But … needs improvement. There are two additional features I would like to see. 1. Easy Pay or auto-pay/pre-pay using a stored debit, HSA, or CC. This would save time when going to... Show more pick up. #2. The ability to create and send a text message to the pharmacist, when necessary, on certain medications (e.g. when I’d prefer to self pay to save money by obtaining a 90-supply, rather than processing the medication through insurance which limits quantity and costs me more due to only being able to get 30 days at a time.)

I absolutely love HEBPharmacy and the ease of refilling medications. However, I wish that it logged you in each time you opened HEBPharmacy . Instead, you have to click on an option, then it gives you an error message that says you have timed out and need to log in again, you have to hit ok, then ... Show more you can log in with finger print. Just seems like unnecessary extra steps when it should request your log in at the opening of HEBPharmacy . Also, I wish it were easier to add other family members. I would like to have my whole family on one single app. We have struggled to add my husband to my account.

My only suggestion for improvement would be to change the status shown in the prescription list. As it stands now, the script status says “available for refill,” when it’s actually too soon to refill by my insurance’s rules. Meaning it’s NOT available to refill.

Would be so much more logica... Show more l and easier to use if the status showed as “two refills remain,” which changed to “available now for refill” as soon as it was eligible by insurance.

Otherwise, easy to use and covers basic user needs. Nice to able to use HEBPharmacy after business hours.

Sometimes very near to the next refill date, I request a refill date knowing that it will be filled when I should be just running out of medicine. I check carefully to see that I do not request more than 1 or 2 days before. Sometimes in the day when I run out, I check and there has been no refill. ... This has just started in the last 4-5 months and I have not spoken with one of the pharmacists.
I will speak with the head pharmacist if it happens again. If the problem is not solved, I will change pharmacies. I have used this Mueller H-E-B pharmacy for almost ten years now without a problem.

I pick up anywhere from 5-7 prescriptions every month so HEBPharmacy makes the refills requests really easy, especially for the auto fill. However, I have been trying to figure out how to get them delivered for free as advertised for way too long! I do everything as directed but then nothing happe... Show more ns. This is one of the most efficient and effective apps that I have downloaded. You can easily find nearby pharmacies whether you are at home or traveling. HEBPharmacy is easy to use. The prescriptions are easy to find and refill. It is annoying to call and have to listen to a prerecorded series of messages and push numbers only to do it again and again with multiple prescriptions before I accomplish what I need. This ap used to be tons better. Now you bugging the customer to log in several times. I only use HEBPharmacy so that I can refill prescriptions. I don’t want to have to login, because I already have to input my date of birth and the prescription number. Why can I just refill a prescription directl... I was a member of Walgreens for 15 years and when I switched to H-E-B pharmacy I not only took advantage of their better pricing but their Rx App is incredible. HEBPharmacy maintains all my medication history and it makes it easy to refill via HEBPharmacy . I like that you can also set reminders t... We have been using the HEB Pharmacy in Leander Texas for years. We know most of the staff by name and frankly they treat us more like family than customers. They know our names & even birthdays and great us like they truly are happy to see us.

It is very unusual but if we do have a prob... Show more lem (normally the Doctors made mistakes on our scrips) they typically have it worked out before we are even aware of it. They call us when we add a new script and go over any potential drug interactions. We feel safe with their care.

All these benefits are coupled with prices that are very very competitive.

If you want a Pharmacy that honestly has your pharmacy needs covered to your benefit then HEB Pharmacy in Leander Texas is hands down your best choice.

I’ve tried HEBPharmacy before but didn’t keep up with my meds so I deleted it. But as I needed to keep my health and meds on tract I tried HEBPharmacy once again and I’m glad I did. HEBPharmacy is a great app for managing your prescriptions! My only complaint is that it is a bit slow: slower than my other apps for some reason. However, it definitely isn’t overwhelmingly slow.
