Love HEB but hate the pharmacy app! For almost a year the app and pharmacy website have said that the option to add members to the accounts will be fixed “in a few weeks” but nothing! We had to move all our prescriptions here when our insurance dropped Walgreens, and it’s now a huge hassle to fill anything with HEB. I was able to add my son when the app still worked, but I have to call the pharmacy every time I fill a prescription for my youngest, and it takes multiple tries before I ever get an employee to answer the phone. They also told me they automatically hold a new RX to be filled the day after a doctor calls it in, even when it’s an antibiotic for a child! Prices may be cheaper but sometimes you get what you pay for….

I love H-E-B, I love the pharmacy, and this app is awesome except for one thing: I can’t add my husband’s prescriptions, can’t see what’s coming due, what needs picked up, what needs a new rx from the doctor. As the designated pharmacy person in my family, it’s highly inconvenient to have to call them and ask.
Developers: I understand not everyone wants their spouse handling their pharmacy business, but also not everyone would prefer to handle it on their own. App accounts should be able to handle more than one adult in the household AND split-offs from that household.
ETA: I’m sick and tired of this app being inaccessible because it’s “under construction”. GET IT TOGETHER Y’ALL

This app used to be great but I’d say for at least the last 6 months it just says, “something went wrong” when trying to do anything. I don’t know what happened but it hasn’t had an update in quite some time. I’ve forced close, deleted app, reset phone, re-downloaded the app and both my wife and I keep getting the same thing. I’ve been having to call/go into the pharmacy repeatedly because I can’t get our scripts filled on a schedule. I’ve literally been to the pharmacy every day or every other day for weeks now because I can’t coordinate our scripts to be filled together. It’s ridiculous! Please fix!!!
