I've been using the free trial to determine if I would like to purchase a subscription but after a day it has stopped working how I thought it would. On my Google Pixel 6A, I can no longer edit my triggers (which worked yesterday) and Scout IQ just shows a blank page when I launch it on a desktop. Can somebody please assist? Thanks, -Laura
Cannot log into the app despite creating an account thru the website. There doesn’t seem to be a way to create an account on the app so I had to got to the website first. After creating the account and confirming with my email, I tried to log into the app but it reads “error: account does not exist”. Very frustrating.
I just downloaded and installed the ScoutIQ app on my phone. Signed up for the $14/month free trial using LIVE only, no database. Linked my Amazon seller account and launched the app on my Samsung Galaxy phone. It's been frozen on the (darkened) login screen for the last five minutes. Not very promising....
the download data icon has disappeared from the bottom of my phone's screen. how do i find and place it back there?
My app is not indicating that the books I am scanning are restricted. Initially, the app would indicate this by putting a big red "R" on the screen. That changed to two big red "X"s. During my last scanning session none of these indicators came up to tell me that these books were restricted on Amazon. So I purchased them and brought them home to list on my Inventory Labs only to find out that several of them are restricted. Why didn't the Scout IQ app tell me that during the scanning process? I cannot return these books so that is money that is spent and cannot be recouped unless I send them to Restricted Inventory which or sell them on another 3rd party platform. Please let me know why the app is not indicating restricted inventory during the scanning process.

Trial scan won't work. Customer Service sent me to website I jave to enter credit info amd pay. Chat won't let me return to chat. What a scam. No instructions on app to try to diy myself.
My scanner will not not work the the data base will not come up or let me download it anymore so it never gives me a price when I scan
Incredibly frustrating process, I simply cannot connect my Amazon seller account even though everything is good to go, I cannot scan anything the app looks terrible on my phone. It amazes me how there are no videos of these kinds of issues
I got this app about two weeks ago it was working great now out of the blue the database mode is not work properly I re downloaded the data base twice very inconsistent it mostly says no results found but if I use live mode it works fine very Annoying if u can help me out as soon as possible it would be greatly appreciate
I just upgraded my plan to database plus live mode so I can add members to my team. I was charged and the payment went through but then my app stopped working. I tried to login and it told me I don’t have an active account. Tomorrow is Friday morning and which is a big sourcing day for me. They don’t have phone support yet so I’m hoping they get back to me quickly via email. I have never had an issue with their service until now.
