I created an account and connected my pro seller account successfully according to the get started video. Then the ScoutIQ never let me log in at all. I cancelled my subscription (luckily) before I logged out of the online account, then later was unable to sign back in to try to troubleshoot. I thought I’d try to reset my password and see if that was the issue with ScoutIQ , but the site said “email not found” when I tried to do this. Really really frustrating to get it all set up and then not be able to log in to either ScoutIQ or my online account.

ScoutIQ does "work". Lately after FBA's latest update which causes their app to crash I came here looking for an alternative. I was sold on ScoutIQ but found that I was unable to scroll through lengthy columns of prices to check the price for a particular item in various conditions. I would have stayed with ScoutIQ but without being able to scroll through the prices in the columns I gave up on the idea. Off to try somewhere else.

I looked into a couple of leading apps when I got started and decided to go with this app. After more than 10k scans, I am happy to report that I love ScoutIQ .

It is hard to get started selling books - a lot to learn (besides the grind of FINDING them every day), I work solo, etc. this app makes me feel like I have a team working with me - doing the math in the background on each book, and making a recommendation. Now that I have been working at it for a while, I have some perspective and can tweak my decisions, but having the baseline info with ways to dive deeply quickly has been imperative (all data points are clickable - the reasons/more info about each one). It has had my back while helping me learn.

Unexpected benefit - I didn’t expect to use this app when I am listing - but I do - to see what a recommended price point is. This comes in handy when evaluating against the buy box price and assessing textbook pricing. Another teammate weighing in. Soooo helpful.

How’s the tech support? When I had an issue (today) I emailed my question to the this app team, and got a response within 90 minutes. Crucial when hustling. The response time, the thoroughness and hitting 10k scans were all drivers for submitting this review.

Oh, and I live in Kansas. Some of my book locations can be remote, let’s say. Having the dbase version is vital!! Happy scanning!

ScoutIQ has made the entire process of sourcing books so efficient and a breeze, you’d wonder why you ever thought of doing it another way. the support and attention this group gives their members is remarkable. they are on top of their game and you need their app if sourcing books!

ScoutIQ will make you more money. This is way better then the competition in every aspect. E-score is just a better smarter way to decide on inventory. Caleb is a book seller himself, he designed ScoutIQ that way to help us make more money. Am blown away by the functionality and many options ScoutIQ has.

this app is a great scouting app. Created initially for books, you can now scan any barcode against Amazon’s system so no matter what your sourcing it is a great fit for you. The stock triggers are great and require very little modification to begin finding profitable inventory. The best and most incredible metric that this app introduces is eScore which is how many days an item has sold at least one unit in the past 6 months. This is a game changer and allows you to be efficient and effective, scanning faster and profiting sooner. The tutorials fill in any gaps you might find. Bottom line: Do not bet against Caleb. ScoutIQ gives you so much detailed information then the other apps on the market today. This is my number one scouting tool along with my scanner I could t imagine using anything else. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Caleb and Caleb’s wife for helping to create such wonderful book scouting tools

I have tried almost all the apps available for profitable inventory and this app has far exceeded my expectations. The screen is easy to read and doesn’t look cluttered, the triggers are easy to change if you choose, but the absolute best thing is the exemplary customer support provided by Caleb Roth and his team. I’m very impressed with this app.

I have used this app since it was in beta testing and I continue to be impressed.
The UI is simple to understand and the default triggers that Caleb Roth and the this app team pre-setup in ScoutIQ do a great job getting you out there scanning. Best of all the creator of ScoutIQ is very attentive to all questions and support. Well worth the subscription for this service!!

I have been using ScoutIQ for a few months now and I have to say it’s fantastic. I can scan thru shelves of books super efficiently and of course all apps have some bugs but the pros 100% outweigh the cons. $14 a month is a small price to pay for all the value it holds!

I never write reviews but thought this one deserves a good review have used others and let me tell you one of the best with some great features. If you ever have any problems they are quick to remedy them for you only had a small one that was my fault and they helped me through it thanks for your time and just do it

I was hesitant to contact them since there was only an email, but they responded to my email in ONE MINUTE, fully fixed my issue, and genuinely responded to my concerns. Not to mention, the person on the other end wasn’t a robot. :)

I just got started with this app today and it was super user friendly and easy to set up. I had one little issue on my end in the beginning and their support team helped me immediately and solved my problem! Support like that is hard to come by! Great app so far and look forward to using it for a long time!

This is by far the best book scouting app available!!! I’ve used the competition’s app for more than a year, and once this app came out I absolutely loved the eScore concept, and I loved the layout much better than the other app as well! Now that we can scan everything else besides books, it is THE MOST superior app on the market!!! And the support from the this app team matches in quality what I described above for ScoutIQ itself! These guys actually care!!!

I signed up today thinking I would be able to use ScoutIQ . After signed up for the free trial and added my Credit Card I was not able to login to ScoutIQ . I made several attempts to sign in and requested a new password. App continuously gave error messages. I am starting believe this may be a scan to get access to credit cards number. There is no I can cancel my free trial so I won't be charged in 14 days. I just want to cancel my subscription

Great app, great customer service & great support. Contacted help desk last night at about 10 pm and got a response within an hour. Only issue I’ve had so far was Amazon’s fault and they still helped explain it and how to rectify it. ScoutIQ has already helped me make several hundred dollars with very little capital. And the contributions made to the book seller community have completely changed the difficulty in starting up. Thanks Monica!

I started off just using the seller app and heard a lot about this. Once I got my scanner I purchased my subscription live+ data. If you’re going to put the commitment to book sourcing in than that cost of the subscription pays instantly for itself! Do research and really learn everything and this is your best friend out there. It’s amazing to use and does the job perfectly even with the default triggers!! Just be patient and you will get it all back!! I love ScoutIQ and I’d go crazy without it!

I have been thoroughly impressed with ScoutIQ with its functionality and simplicity. But when I had an issue (of which was just me being an idiot...nothing to do with ScoutIQ or technology) I reached out to the support team. I almost immediately got a response that helped me out. Fantastic customer service! Your product can be the greatest thing on earth, but customers stick around because of the support they receive. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an app of this nature.

Hands down this app is a must for any dedicated book seller. After many trials of different softwares we were blown away by the power of this app. The EScore and easy isbn scan has saved us so much time during our sourcing trips. Everything you need to make a calculated purchase with speed and accuracy is delivered by the software. ScoutIQ is so nice. I saw many videos of people reselling books through ScoutIQ. ScoutIQ clearly helps give accurate pricing on books. I would also love to comment on the great customer service. If I ever had a problem they would email me back within the hour. Highly recommend ScoutIQ!

ScoutIQ is constantly telling me that it has a connection error, even though I’m paying $40 a month to have the database downloaded to my phone to negate the need for connection, not to mention that I almost always have LTE when this happens. Not only this, it also has one of the least responsive keyboards that I’ve ever used in an app. Seriously disappointing, I’m paying a ridiculous amount of money so that I can move through high volumes of books quickly and the bugs bring me down to one book a minute sometimes. If these problems aren’t fixed soon then I’ll be cancelling my subscription very soon.

I’ve tried them all and ScoutIQ is hands down the best one on the market. These guys are constantly putting our new updates and features and the pricing is very reasonable. Customer service is great too they always answer back same day usually within a few hours

These guys are great! ScoutIQ is hands down the best scouting app on the market! Has saved me a bunch of money and aggravation already after just the first day! The this app support team is the BEST ever. I had an on going problem that took several back and forth emails to figure out, I was pretty sure it was operator error, I just couldn’t figure out the problem. The support team was extremely patient and helpful. Problem resolved. Thanks again this app!

I can say that I went on this website prior to contacting ScoutIQ about a billing issue. Although I don't think I was very tactful about how I went about it because of the issues that I read on here about not being contacted and that people were upset that no one gets back to them etc. Don't always believe what you see on the internet. I was contacted right away and Monica resolved my issue immediately. I am very pleased and feel bad that I assumed that I would have the same issue. A BIG THANK YOU TO MONICA if you see this, I greatly appreciate your assistance.

I've been using scouting for several months now and the price is Always OFF AND BY Quite A BIT. I have adjusted my triggers and downloaded the latest data each time I go scouting AND STILL GIVES ME Eschewed VALUES. IM GOING TO try a different app.

This thing is always off and by a lot. I download just before a book hunting trip and when I get home and compare Amazon with siq... It's very disappointing. A lot of WASTE AND IT NEVER Goes live.always pulls from database
