Safety quiz pages. I am unable to access the answers to check the correct box on the safety quiz. I cannot scroll up or down or reduce the size of the screen. I cannot get past the quiz so that I can ride.
I am trying to turn off auto reload from the payment tab, but I am not getting any options to turn it off. I am also trying to get my unused balance refunded, but once again there is no option. I never actually used the scooters, so I'm just trying to get my money back and take those cards off the app.
