I have had nothing but issues trying to get “rewards” for purchases from one of our favorite fast food restaurants. The first time FazolisRewards Support team said that because the receipt provided by our local Fazoli’s did not have the required barcode, that that location did not participate in the program. FazolisRewards and store management said they are a participating location. I was provided a $10 rewards credit.

The second time, same issue (no barcode). Still waiting a response from FazolisRewards team (2 weeks and counting).

The third time, went through the drive-thru. Barcode on the receipt. Scan the barcode - “error, it is taking longer than usual to find your order. We will apply your reward points once we find it.” That was 4 days ago. I have scanned it several times since the initial purchase with the same result.

For a rewards program from such a well liked restaurant, FazolisRewards is nothing but garbage and a waste of time.

Fazoli’s at the Muskegon MI location has been one of our favorite places to go to for quite sometime.... however, today was different story....took 3 different people to try to understand we wanted 2 lunch specials...spaghetti with meat sauce with 2 house salads with fat free Italian dressing.....upgrade 2 diet Coke’s to medium size....while we finally did get what we wanted it was not the correct price... we paid the couple dollars extra just to get away from this place as we had been in the drive thru line and at the pick up window for nearly a half hour.... the truck in front of us had the same problem getting their order understood but after a long time, after paying, they were send to waiting area to get their order and were still sitting in that area when we left.....it appears this location has lost their long time workers and don’t have enough trained staff to train the new hires...
absolutely terrible service...
we won’t go back for a long time to try it again... if they survive until that time.

I set out in the parking lot for over 25 minutes and nobody brought my food out to me. Whenever they finally brought my food to me they had the brownie in the bag with the hot food. The bags are tied so tight you can’t verify that you’re getting the food that you ordered or not without ripping open the bags that’s enabling them to be useful when you’re trying to carry your food into your house. FazolisRewards should have something so that whenever I pull up to your store that I can click to let them know that I am there and what parking spot I’m in this was ridiculous

The points system used to be $5 off a meal for every 50 points. Which means, I’d have to spend $50 for $5 off a meal that I could use on any dish. This system encouraged me to go get Fazoli’s FAR too often and I loved it.

However, they changed the system this week where you can spend increments of points (25, 50, 75, etc.) on rewards like a free small drink and free pizza breadsticks and such. Now, with this new system, I only get rewards for things I’m not in the slightest interested in. I don’t believe I’ll be eating at Fazoli’s nearly as much as I used to, if at all.

Tl;dr The new system limits how you spend your points to things you may not even want. To me, not worth going out of your way at all.

I’m not sure what the issues are but my food came out after 13 minutes from the time that it was ordered on my ticket the restaurant is not that busy but it looks like they’ve been hit hard as most of the tables are still dirty when my food did come out it was cold the breadsticks also were cold so I’m guessing it sat in the window for quite some time I asked my server for two additional breadsticks they were never brought to my table the counter that has the silverware was empty so I asked for eating utensils she brought them out but never brought the breadsticks they also served my food without the Parmesan cheese offer that they normally do. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt that they’re just overwhelmed and short staffed the quality of the food was in adequate because it was cold but the price is fair for the amount of food that you got. I came in on a Sunday at 6:06 PM

Ordering was very Quick. 4:53 They did not have any sweet tea. Had to wait 20 minutes to get the Tea and had to call the manager to get that. 25 minutes later we had to ask about bringing some bread sticks to the table. The silverware section was empty Got our order at 5:41 - 50 minutes! Oddly, the food was lukewarm, not hot. And they were out of breadsticks when the meal arrived. Asked for grated cheese and, surprise, never received it. They forgot to bring the cheesecake and luckily we remembered and ask for it.
All in all, this was a big failure

We have patronized this store for many years and enjoyed many meals there and sometimes taken guests with us. I bragged on their spaghetti to many people, even claiming it was the best anywhere in town. However, something happened a few years ago, causing me to take back that claim. They changed something about the sauce and it no longer has the flavor that I once loved. I’m not saying that no one else likes it, but that’s my opinion. And, one more thing: they’re very stingy with their delicious breadsticks on takeout orders, allowing only two per person.

Most of FazolisRewards is ok, but I’ve had issues with spending the rewards points. FazolisRewards told me I had a free cookie for my birthday, but it didn’t tell me I had to spend a certain amount of money in order to get it. I’d already placed my order and decided to get my cookie after we ate. No money spent, no cookie. 😠 The next time I tried to use some rewards dollars I’d earned, first I, then the cashier, scanned FazolisRewards several times. She said it went through. Got to my table and looked at my receipt—no, it didn’t. Had to make another trip to the cash register then wait on a manager in order to get my cash back.

I love Fazoli’s, and have since I was a little kid. The food is always spectacular, and with the mobile ordering feature it’s made it so much easier for me to get the amazing food I am especially fond of (particularly during this COVID-19 pandemic). The only complaint I have, if you could call it that, is that FazolisRewards has the option to add gift cards, (which I was intending to do so), but it won’t let me add them in. Not even one that I have bought three days ago and still haven’t used yet. I know it’s not because I’m typing numbers in incorrectly. I am a bit of a perfectionist, and have been for years. I always check, recheck, re-recheck, so on and so forth. FazolisRewards will not upload my gift cards. This isn’t going to stop me from using FazolisRewards or going to a Fazoli’s restaurant—not a chance. It simply would be nice to use all of the features that you advertise in FazolisRewards . Thank you for taking the time to read this review, and thank you for the amazing service all of you provide. Hopefully all involved are safe and well during this difficult time. 😊

The food is always great at Fazoli’s. FazolisRewards could be improved by adding more offers and more options for rewards. There is nothing on the chic-fil-a menu that you can’t eventually earn with rewards on their app. Fazoli’s only offers a few basic menu items no matter how many awards you accumulate. This is a area I would like to see improvement. Other than this, no complaints.

Last two times great service.

Tonight not so much; lack of communication is the issue. We will see if the order comes out correct! At 30 minutes now.

Front Desk overwhelmed and kitchen staf not answering easy questions!

And tell the complaining people in the lobby who waited last minute thing to 40 minutes to get my complete order which was fine because they were that busy a whole pizza two dozen wings two dozen breadsticks oven bake sampler and I spaghetti and meatballs so the people being stupid at the counter need to just sit down and shut up because they help in anything

As a long time customer utilizing the services of the restaurant both eating inside and getting food through the drive through, I have found the food to be of excellent quality and portion size. You really can’t beat Fazoli’s for a reasonable price great Italian meal. The staff at this location are always willing to modify menu items to fit the needs of vegetarian and food allergy customers. The best part of a meal at Fazoli’s are the breadsticks! They absolutely can not be beat.

Others have mentioned problems utilizing FazolisRewards to earn rewards; I have never experienced this issue and have “earned” points from scanning my receipts as well as redeeming offers and rewards on FazolisRewards at the drive-through or in person.

Try this location if you find yourself in this area!!!!

The food was excellent. We ordered two sampler platters. I think Fazoli’s has the best breadsticks of anyone. Cannot say the same about their app. Depending upon whether you went there from FazolisRewards or through an email, you get different points. Even on FazolisRewards it said I had 18 points, but when I scanned this receipt, it told me all I had was the amount from this purchase. I think they need some IT help.

We ordered the pizza bake and it says in the corner $1.50 to add Italian sausage and bacon, but when we attempted to accept the offer, the cashier kept ringing up a $1.50 for sausage and another $1.50 for bacon. She said that for $1.50 you get one or the other and we settled on sausage. However, I do feel that you made a grammatical mistake in your offer. Ordering food should not be stressful.

Visit this location if you are wanting a pleasant experience! Currently, I believe this location is ,”the best kept secret.”
The entire team and management team is excellent.... As a family we stoped eating at this location due to the poor service. We were busy and in a pinch for dinner and Wow they knocked our socks off with the quality of service and food.

Tried to open the Fazoli’s app, only to find out that I needed to update it.
Not a problem I use it quite regularly, clicked on the update FazolisRewards , and it brings me to FazolisRewards Store. Nowhere is there a button to click on that states “Update”.
I went around and around with FazolisRewards until I decided that it wasn’t worth my time. Either you update FazolisRewards , or send me a link to update it. Don’t send me to FazolisRewards Store to update it, because there is nothing there that can help you.

Kathryn & Carly were wonderful! Carly on the headset started off a little dry at first but as soon as I started talking to her and asking her how her night was she really opened up! She was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and very helpful with FazolisRewards ! I did some digging and found out she was in pain but couldn’t get off work. That’s a trooper right there!! Then I met Kathryn at the window. She was smiling a lot and even gave me extra breadsticks for the wait.
I highly recommend Fazoli‘s and the breadsticks are pretty terrific too!!

After not eating out for many many months because of the pandemic, we were headed to pick up a few things for the house and saw the Fazoli’s sign. Decided to give it a try since it had been so long and all I can say is well. The food was good it was fresh and it was hot like it was supposed to be. Mr. Blake took care of our order. Thank you Fazoli’s for hiring this young man. Extremely personable and professional. He loves taking care of his customers. Looking forward to being more regular visitors.
I think this would be an excellent time for any expansions you may be considering. Harrison, TN would be an excellent addition.

We were so excited that Fazoli’s finally opened in Pooler, Georgia!!! The food is fantastic, the service is outstanding, and the prices are very reasonable!!! The food is much better than the other expensive sit down Italian Restaurants like Olive Garden, Carrabba’s, etc. for 1/2 the price and a fresher, better taste!!! We came on opening night and the food and service were top notch even though both the restaurant and the drive through were extremely busy, but you couldn’t tell because we received great service and fresh food!! We will definitely be returning!!! P.S. Both the Pepperoni Pizza Bread and the Baked Sampler are delicious!! Definitely recommend!!

My first time going there, I was looking for a family meal at great price. The gentleman that answered the phone gave me different options, he was patience with me knowing I didn’t know they menu. And Shari was great at giving me information as well, she was very friendly and helped me to my car with my food. My family loved the, the meatballs were delicious and the breadsticks!!!! We will be going back regular!!!

I loved FazolisRewards until recently when I opened it up to scan in my latest receipt and had the “Update Available” screen where your only choice is to press the ‘Update’ button. After pressing the button FazolisRewards Stire opens to the Fazolies app, but tells me I already have the latest version (1.1.1). So I click the open button in FazolisRewards Store and lo and behold the Fazolies app opens with the dreaded “Update Available” screen. I’ve hard closed FazolisRewards , I’ve restarted my phone, I’ve deleted FazolisRewards and reinstalled it, all to no avail. PLEASE FIX THIS! Because of this I’ll lose out on 14 points, NOT HAPPY RIGHT NOW!

The new rewards program provides little incentive for me to be as frequent of a customer as my choices for redemption are very narrow. I’m not sure how this makes sense. I see that it devalues the points (where 50 points used to be worth $5 and now it’s worth a $3 product that I don’t even want), so it clearly allows you to give less of a reward for the same amount of money spent, but this just makes very little sense in a loyalty based point program. Love Fazoli’s, but this update is definitely deserving a poor review.

Downloaded this today and had 3 receipts from the past two weeks. All the receipts said FazolisRewards was "coming soon". I decided to go ahead and look it up and saw it was already released, so I scanned my receipts to get my reward points. It said two were too old and one they couldn't locate the transaction. So that's about 35 points wasted (you get $5 off every 50 points). The concept is great for FazolisRewards because it also shows locations and online ordering. It just clearly needs to be worked on.

Both FazolisRewards and Fazoli’s in general are OK but both need work. The managers at my local restaurant are good but the rest of the staff work in slow motion and seem bored and unconcerned about improving anything. The wireless rarely works, so it’s very hard to use FazolisRewards in the restaurant. The food is basically good but sometimes I have to wait so long for it I have a chip on my shoulder by the time it finally arrives. I think the overall concept is good, but the execution is often lacking.

Today I went to the drive thru because it was so cold out. I can’t even get my order completed without being asked “ do I want a side, would I like chicken with it, that is so annoying just take my order and get it right. I was asked twice what I wanted then I look one sack has my food another was the salads and none of the salad dressing I wanted was in the bag, I had all house dressing, this is for my work and other people’s orders just take my order listen get it right thanks ! normally you guys are awesome

So I do Fazoli’s a lot. Many years. Have a few complaints. Bringing bread around to the tables is basically non existent. They do not have cheese on the tables anymore. And recently they are down to 3 for the whole restaurant. And sometimes I will walk in and no one is in line. And it will take way to long for someone to show up at the register. Kudos: great food. Good lunch menu. (Inexpensive) Nice workers. I patronize one restaurant only. But some policies I’m sure are all stores. Thanks jeff

Great food, we love Fazoli’s and useless eat here at least once every 2 weeks. The wait staff is always very friendly and eager to help for any concerns with my order, double checking if everything is in my order is in drive-thru or in-side dining or most importantly my take out orders. Very high quality for being a fast food restaurant I give it two thumbs up👍👍

I am a long time loyal customer, I eat at Fazoli’s once a month. FazolisRewards really comes in handy getting a few dollars off some items. Although I wish they would bring back the buy one and get one free items. I also love after getting so many points you get a free dish. Thank you!

Fazoli’s always saves our family money while providing us a quality meal. Their “Two For $6” deal is the best in the fast food industry! The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 star rating is because they took the cinnamon breadstick bites off the menu. 😢 Everything else, including their customer service, is all 5 star!!! ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️

I have spent more hours, and dollars, at Fazoli’s than I can count. The location I go to (in Smyrna Tennessee) is one of my favorite food places around! FazolisRewards is pretty basic as far as rewards apps go, but if I’m going to spend a few hundred bucks, I sure don’t mind getting some free lunches out of it!

I’m trying to sign up for rewards. Reset password responded by saying I would receive email with instructions. Never received that. Tried again. Now I have a Little tomato bouncing up & down on a white line…background is gray. Help! Thanks
