I bought a new phone and of course used the same login as my previous phone and when I do that it says "oops, that phone number is already taken". I tried uninstalling from my old phone, then uninstalling and reinstalling on my new phone and get the same exact issue. I had 115 points, but I also can't use the app now.
When it asks for my phone number, I type it in and it says "oops, that phone number is already taken"
I tried to log in to my App I’ve had for years. It asked my phone # , after entered said, said someone already has app. I closed the app & open new app. It still will not allow me to get past the phone number 8596199703, saying it’s already taken. Please advise
I reset my password on Fazoli's app on this week. Much to my surprise 240 points went to 0. These were points less then 1 year old. Please advise
