The app updated, now I cannot login. It goes directly to a screen that asks for my phone number and then says “Sorry, that number is taken”. Duh! Yeah, it’s my number, let me login! Help! I started to remove it and reload, but it says if I do it will lose all my information! But it looks like it already has! 816-520-8186

Fazoli’s at the Muskegon MI location has been one of our favorite places to go to for quite sometime.... however, today was different story....took 3 different people to try to understand we wanted 2 lunch specials...spaghetti with meat sauce with 2 house salads with fat free Italian dressing.....upgrade 2 diet Coke’s to medium size....while we finally did get what we wanted it was not the correct price... we paid the couple dollars extra just to get away from this place as we had been in the drive thru line and at the pick up window for nearly a half hour.... the truck in front of us had the same problem getting their order understood but after a long time, after paying, they were send to waiting area to get their order and were still sitting in that area when we left.....it appears this location has lost their long time workers and don’t have enough trained staff to train the new hires...
absolutely terrible service...
we won’t go back for a long time to try it again... if they survive until that time.

The points system used to be $5 off a meal for every 50 points. Which means, I’d have to spend $50 for $5 off a meal that I could use on any dish. This system encouraged me to go get Fazoli’s FAR too often and I loved it.
However, they changed the system this week where you can spend increments of points (25, 50, 75, etc.) on rewards like a free small drink and free pizza breadsticks and such. Now, with this new system, I only get rewards for things I’m not in the slightest interested in. I don’t believe I’ll be eating at Fazoli’s nearly as much as I used to, if at all.
Tl;dr The new system limits how you spend your points to things you may not even want. To me, not worth going out of your way at all.

I have had nothing but issues trying to get “rewards” for purchases from one of our favorite fast food restaurants. The first time the App Support team said that because the receipt provided by our local Fazoli’s did not have the required barcode, that that location did not participate in the program. The App and store management said they are a participating location. I was provided a $10 rewards credit.
The second time, same issue (no barcode). Still waiting a response from the App team (2 weeks and counting).
The third time, went through the drive-thru. Barcode on the receipt. Scan the barcode - “error, it is taking longer than usual to find your order. We will apply your reward points once we find it.” That was 4 days ago. I have scanned it several times since the initial purchase with the same result.
For a rewards program from such a well liked restaurant, this App is nothing but garbage and a waste of time.
