MyAirtel for ios version doesn't showing the details about internet data packs
it only shows about the price of internet packs
whenever i open MyAirtel and go through the internet packs option it only show me
16 tk 3 day
80 tk 30 day
etc etc purchases option
so if i cant see any details of internet packs how can i simply purchase the internet packs from my airtel app
i already reported once some months ago
you guys told that you will work on it
but you guys didnt do anything
Its not only my problem
i checked some of my friends iphone and they also told me about the same problem
Its my humble request to solve this technical issue as soon as possible

After the recent update, I’m unable to see any text in MyAirtel , especially the balance of my internet and minutes. The issue seems to be related to dark mode. My phone was in dark mode, and MyAirtel automatically switched to it. However, even when I turn off dark mode on my phone, MyAirtel remains in dark mode, making the text unreadable.

Whoever has designed the latest black themed UX should be immediately fired!! Most disappointing and disgusting UX color combination that I’ve ever seen. Previously the red and white was way better!!!

I expect you run a survey whether people like it or not then fire the entire department whoever has designed and approved this design for implementation all should be fired ASAP!! If you don’t agree prove me wrong what is the one thing that you liked about this new theme. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

It’s a good app which is convenient to use. But, I am facing some problems in this version but I don’t know why. I can’t see Internet or Minutes packages in MyAirtel . It’s only showing the amount of tk needed to buy the package. But, how much data I am buying is not shown. It’s really frustrating. I am bound to buy packages from-my plan part. Internet/voice/combo-in every stage I am facing the same problem. Its showing tk and points only. How can I buy a package without knowing its volume?
I uninstalled MyAirtel and reinstalled it. But, nothing changed. I complained to the authority and they couldn’t find any fault from their server. So its the problem in MyAirtel.
I think you should update MyAirtel so that it recovers the bugs or faulty things. My device is iPhone X. And everything is in good condition in my mobile.

I've been a long-time user of the this app app, but the recent update has been incredibly disappointing. The new UI design is cluttered and confusing, making it difficult to navigate and find the information I need. The color combination is very poor, with some pages having text colors that don't show up properly, making it even harder to use. The previous version was much more user-friendly and intuitive.

The new UI has become extremely difficult to understand as I cannot even see balance clearly. It doesn’t even show my internet balance or other crucial information. Please kindly fix it. I would prefer to switch back to the old version is that is possible.

I had more than 10gb data available on my phone but due to internet blackout I couldn’t use it at all and when the mobile internet came back I had only 3-4 days to use the data! Amr data expired today while I had almost 6gb! You guys are literally ripping us off like this . I have to spend so much money again to even get those 6gb . Besides while mobile data was off you guys where adeducting so much credit from our balance even for a 1 min call 2/3 taka were deducted !! You guys should give 10gb for 30 free to all your regular customers!

First of all my 3 star is not permanent. Guys you should open MyAirtel on an iPhone then see what inconvenience im talking about. The background and text color is not matching. Your developer should open MyAirtel on an iPhone then check every segment and then roll an update.. I wish i could send u guys some screenshots but anyways i hope every bugs will be solved soon.

Really good interface. It’s lacking some features that other service provider has in their app. The main & most important being ‘Widget’. Include a widget on the next update. Just this feature alone would be justifiable enough to make user like us switch to another Sim operator.

When I want to purchase any internet package, there I can see the price, buy now button, Points, deadline....but doesn’t show the volume of internet. I mean I can’t see how much GB I will get in each packages. It happened from the last update of your apps. I am currently facing the problem in iPhone 7 plus. Except that, everything works fine.
Please solve the issue.

Smooth, fast and easier UI

Need some UX update also that we get more frequently and quickly.

It’s very easy to use & very convenient. They’ve added lot more new features. You can literally do everything from MyAirtel . Great going Airtel.

It’s a user friendly app, where you can find your suitable deals, and it won’t give pressure to your brain to memorised all those puzzled numbers to check the internet balance. So, I am super happy with MyAirtel .

Along all of the sim the network and internet of airtel is so strong and speed was stable. That's why I use airtel sim and using My Airtel app I can able to buy the best pack for me..The new UI is also user friendly to use...

After updating MyAirtel , when I tap on internet and minutes section, MyAirtel keeps crashing. I can't see any information about my internet and minutes.

Airtel BD is a great mobile company in Business. For a while they were not so good. But now I have ported back to Airtel BD and service has changed tremendously since last time when I went to Banglalink. I am hoping Airtel will continue with great service and attitude. “ Keep up the great work!” Thanks

All together Really Satisfying experience and that’s for a whole decade today...
Never thought of switching to another operator neither had to carry another number even though I travel frequently across the country and now with international roaming facilities, I don’t need to buy any foreign mobile SiM unless I want to.

Helpful, easy to use, available information, customer service is excellent, problem solving and so on...
