Whoever has designed the latest black themed UX should be immediately fired!! Most disappointing and disgusting UX color combination that I’ve ever seen. Previously the red and white was way better!!!
I expect you run a survey whether people like it or not then fire the entire department whoever has designed and approved this design for implementation all should be fired ASAP!! If you don’t agree prove me wrong what is the one thing that you liked about this new theme. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

After the recent update, I’m unable to see any text in the app, especially the balance of my internet and minutes. The issue seems to be related to dark mode. My phone was in dark mode, and the app automatically switched to it. However, even when I turn off dark mode on my phone, the app remains in dark mode, making the text unreadable.

this app for ios version doesn't showing the details about internet data packs
it only shows about the price of internet packs
whenever i open the app and go through the internet packs option it only show me
16 tk 3 day
80 tk 30 day
etc etc purchases option
so if i cant see any details of internet packs how can i simply purchase the internet packs from my airtel app
i already reported once some months ago
you guys told that you will work on it
but you guys didnt do anything
Its not only my problem
i checked some of my friends iphone and they also told me about the same problem
Its my humble request to solve this technical issue as soon as possible
