I have never had an app perform so poorly. It doesn’t connect. I’ve tried two different versions of UnitronRemotePlus and I can’t even find that you’re in the H. I’ve been using Bluetooth hearing aids over 10 years Rexton, and other brands all of them instantly find Bluetooth connection. This is pathetic. You make wonderful hearing aids and you can get your app right? This is embarrassment. I will be returning his hearing aids during the trial. Is the reason I spent the money on them was so that I could give the information to an audiologist remotely. Which of course your broken disconnecting app doesn’t allow.

Great app but could be excellent. It drops out left ear while Bluetooth talking on phone, then comes back on? Bluetooth cracks and pops when dial tone is activating, then continues cracking during the conversation. I’ve rebooted UnitronRemotePlus several time, turned off the Bluetooth and reactivated it a gain and again.... just doesn’t get any better. I have the newest 11 iPhone and it works well with raycon earbud for phone calls and music/books. Something needs to be done to fix it! I rely on my hearing aids for my interactions and it’s not cutting it!

Can’t pair my devices. Have deleted and reinstalled app numerous times, forgot devices and turned them off and on with no good effect. App refuses to recognize them. Returning them while still in trial period.

UnitronRemotePlus won’t work unless you have brand new hearing aids . Mine are 3 years old and no longer serviced . Must be they want you to buy new ones every few years

UnitronRemotePlus is only good for adjusting volume. Big deal! Does not pair with iPhone properly and does not work during conversation on the phone. Also, it disconnects from the phone when leaving app and have to get in UnitronRemotePlus to reconnect. Glad I’m just using these hearing aids temporarily while waiting on my aids back from service.

I replaced my older hearing aids with new Unitron aids. UnitronRemotePlus that worked with the old resound aides gave me a much better experience. The new Unitron app only allows volume adjustment on my iPhone. They do not connect automatically to my iPhone and do not automatically stream phone calls. UnitronRemotePlus seriously needs a major update! I like the hearing aids themselves but UnitronRemotePlus stinks!!

UnitronRemotePlus doesn’t keep your settings. I’ll set different left and right volume/gain levels . When I reopen UnitronRemotePlus , the volume/gain settings are equal.

Most of the time, my hearing aids revert their settings when UnitronRemotePlus is closed or if the phone goes to sleep.

I’m glad they offer a thirty day return.

We are your current loyal users and want to be your biggest fans if only we knew that you were listening and always trying to improve your hearing aids and the iPhone app so that they improve together and work as one seamlessly and flawlessly. It’s been six months since the last app update so it’s about time we see some results. Twice a year app updates should not be too much to ask. First and foremost is the relationship between the Moxi Blu hearing aids and the iPhone app. Every time you open UnitronRemotePlus , no matter what the previous settings it always shows that UnitronRemotePlus is reconnecting and often it also says it has lost its Bluetooth connection (tap to reconnect) is what you see. Let’s fix this immediately so that whenever you open the iPhone app you see and have a rock solid connection to the iPhone (IPhone Max 12 - iOS15.1) and a solid Bluetooth connection as well as previous settings stability. Thank you for your attention to these issues as well as your quick response.

App needs to have a lock function so I don’t have to reconnect every few minutes. Also I would like for it not to disconnect when I switch to another app.

UnitronRemotePlus is helpful when it pairs/works. Unfortunately, that happens only very rarely, even when my iPhone shows it is successfully paired. Phone reboots don't resolve it. Useless if it won't pair with hearing aids.

The hearing aids work well but the volume is constantly changing when I use other features that rely on volume setting. UnitronRemotePlus needs a lock to lock the volume in.

I have had continuing connection problems with UnitronRemotePlus. I have to resort to rebooting my phone on most occasions

Not good experience at all
Now hearing right doesn’t work at all only over two months old
Will try another brand next time

UnitronRemotePlus is great but you cant manually adjust the sound and keep it there without it readjusting when you get a text or call... it needs a sound lock setting to lock your manual volume adjustments that fits your hearing ....PLEASE FIX

The latest iPhone update caused my moxi jump r hearing aids to stop ringing when I get an incoming call. My wife has not updated her iPhone to the latest update and when I connect to it they ring as they used to. Please work on fixing this issue!!!

Everything’s works really well with UnitronRemotePlus! The only feature I wish it had was a way to see the battery life.

UnitronRemotePlus controls the hearing aids as expected. Hearing the phone ring is great. Allows me to keep the phone on silent.
Would be nice if app could pick up message alerts.
App really needs a setting to de-prioritize the TV connector program. There are times when I want to hear what is going on in the house without being overwhelmed by the TV. Especially when I first enter the range of the connector, like entering the house. Also I find it very annoying when I’m in another room and the hearing aids keep beeping as UnitronRemotePlus cycles between the automatic and TV connector programs.

I am having so much fun with all the options on my new Blu hearing aids. I have played with the settings at Open Mic Night, and it was very interesting. I’m excited to keep playing with UnitronRemotePlus .

left will not connect to the right or UnitronRemotePlus so i’ll probably have to go backup audiologist-a major hassle. if only one connects its s waste. not happy right now

I can say these hearing aids are wonderful technology but UnitronRemotePlus could do so much more. If only the paired to the Widex app!

UnitronRemotePlus needs to be updated again. Half the time it won’t connect to both of my devices and I have to forget and repair. Sometimes the volume doesn’t work or I will mute and it automatically unmutes after a few seconds. There’s a lot the could be done to make this a great thing to have with your hearing devices. But it just falls short in functionality.

Users should be able to adjust 3-4 frequencies: higher or lower bass, midrange, treble from UnitronRemotePlus .
