Although both hearing aids are connected via Bluetooth, only one, the R one shows visually on the app. I have deleted them and reinitialed them, with same results. I have removed App and put it back in, with same results. I have put new batteries in. Always, only the R hearing aid appears on the App. What to do ?

I have never had an app perform so poorly. It doesn’t connect. I’ve tried two different versions of this app and I can’t even find that you’re in the H. I’ve been using Bluetooth hearing aids over 10 years Rexton, and other brands all of them instantly find Bluetooth connection. This is pathetic. You make wonderful hearing aids and you can get your app right? This is embarrassment. I will be returning his hearing aids during the trial. Is the reason I spent the money on them was so that I could give the information to an audiologist remotely. Which of course your broken disconnecting app doesn’t allow.

Great app but could be excellent. It drops out left ear while Bluetooth talking on phone, then comes back on? Bluetooth cracks and pops when dial tone is activating, then continues cracking during the conversation. I’ve rebooted the app several time, turned off the Bluetooth and reactivated it a gain and again.... just doesn’t get any better. I have the newest 11 iPhone and it works well with raycon earbud for phone calls and music/books. Something needs to be done to fix it! I rely on my hearing aids for my interactions and it’s not cutting it!

This app is only good for adjusting volume. Big deal! Does not pair with iPhone properly and does not work during conversation on the phone. Also, it disconnects from the phone when leaving app and have to get in the app to reconnect. Glad I’m just using these hearing aids temporarily while waiting on my aids back from service.
