A month ago the device needed firmware update, but it was always unsuccessful and continued to ask for it. Next start stall on "preparing photos" and after a few minutes the app showed "wrong customer" and turn off. This was happening every 3-4 photos. Now the app doesn't want to start

I ordered a Polaroid Zip Model: POLMP01BL a few years ago. It has been a while since using it and now App has changed and it doesn't work with either app. Keeps telling me firmware need updating but won't install making it all worthless. It was perfect before. Is the printer just obsolete?

When I updated TMD version 0.0.126, but it looks isn't sucessful. Because when I reboot the ZIP to print, it asked me to update again. And it wasn't work and closed when I requested to print.

I have a Polaroid zip from 2018 and I didn't use it until now. When I open the app says is necessary to do the update but when I install it on the device says was an error while updating. What I can do? The device is too old for this firmware?
