pls pls help i really love this app ive had it for years can u guys pls pls fix i do understand u maybe really busy i can wait this app is worth the wait plllllls reply when u can thnx dee dee

When I watch videos that I haven't downloaded, just want to watch, certain ads freeze up, won't play, then when show comes back on with sound only, screen is black. It only happens with the watch ad??? Very strange and frustrating.

Library with downloaded videos shows the videos and can manually delete them but cannot play any and when I try whole system freezes so have to completely close app. Using Apple iPad. Thanks

Works to watch in the app but freezer when trying ro chrome cast. Everything els works so its this app ofcourse. 2-3 months ago and back it worked fine.

Hi there I’m trying to cast videos from dailymotion app to Castio app from my iPhone to my tv. It doesn’t work anymore I can cast other videos in the same way but not from dailymotion. I used to cast from dailymotion but not any more. I have cleared the storage and cache of dailymotion app but doesn’t seem to work. Any suggestions how to fix the problem

I have the same problem re not being able to play downloaded videos. Any downloaded video freezes the app on ios on iPhone and iPad. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app several times. I’ve tried deleting all data on my phone relating to dailymotion too. No success please help! It worked before and stopped working about 3 weeks ago

Same here, I haven’t been able to cast to my tv, my downloads freeze my iPhone and the library does a weird loop, restarting shows in the middle of them.

I can play videos, but not when they have been downloaded. The download screen is unresponsive - I can't navigate back, play the download or open the ... menu. This has been for the past 4 days. I pwered off my iPad and reinstalled the app, with no success. Same problem 😕

When I try to watch my downloaded videos on my iPhone they won’t play and my screen is freezes.
