Cannot pair with my smart phone, because the app won't accept my perfectly good Visa. Why need a Visa card, anyway? Please help

hello i have used this product for one year an first one probe stopped working and now the second one is not workig can you please help me with this issue it worked great for a while but it should last longer than this please help , thanks

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent chugod app issues:

Force Stop the chugod App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click chugod app. » click "Force Stop".

Update chugod to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear chugod App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "chugod app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch chugod.
