Missouri Lottery Official App Status

Clicked on the app and it showed the screen before your log in screen then that screen disappeared and it went to dull gray colored screen. And that's it. Nothing else. No log in screen nothing please help..thank you

The app will not accept draw game tickets into “my lottery”

My balances don’t change when I enter my losing tickets in the second chance? Why? It’s has remained the same for months even though the tickets show when I look at the history

It just keeps spinning and will not load. I have turned off my iPad to see if it would reset and it did not. Just spinning.

Recurring problem with Login. Repeatedly requests changing of Passwords. Can't enter draw tickets.

I have been trying now for a number of days to get into the web site to enter the 70+ ($1 - $2) scratchers into the 2nd Chance but site continues to tell me Error 15, ......due to security rules. I called your help line 2 or 3 days ago and gave my issue to the woman who stated "your account is not blocked....... Someone will call you back". No such call has yet been received. I have gone through and reset: my browser, search engines, VPNs, Windows security, etc., etc., and YOUR WEBSITE STILL WON'T LET ME IN. THIS IS THE ONLY WEBSITE I AM UNABLE TO ACCESS. If I cannot gain access to enter the hundreds of dollars of scratchers, then I simply will no longer play ANY Missouri lottery/draw games. I'd appreciate someone contacting me within a reasonable time line and provide assistance since ALL MY OTHER organizations I've interacted with over the last 3 days have politely assisted me to determine it is not their product causing the issue. My scanner will only scan draw games, it will not scan scratches anymore. The scanner used to do both, but two updates ago it stopped scanning scratchers.

Will not scan draw tickets. Keeps saying to check and make sure your scanning the right bar code.

Where do I find my coupons that I want when spinning the wheel?

when i log in to my missouri lottery app on my samsung phone i have to enter my password each time. I have the checkmark on for Save Password. I never had to do that on the old app prior to my updating the app in September 2022. My phone settings are set for 'saving passwords' I have changed nothing in my settings since or before the updated app.

Site not accepting spent/played/used draw game tickets! This issue has been going on for far too long, for weeks! I have several dozen tickets to enter and counting! Please FIX!!!

can't scan scratcher tickets to reward program or to check for winners this new update app will only take draw tickets. I have deleted the app numerous times and reloaded and powered down phone nothing has changed. Also Emailed them numerous times and they finally replied and made a service ticket but nothing has been resolved.

When using the Official Mo Lottery App from the Google store for Android I am UNABLE to enter ANY drawing tickets into the Rewards program. There is NO option to choose to enter any drawing tickets into the Rewards program by scanning the ticket. In previous editions of the app, after scanning to see if drawing ticket was a winner it gave the option to enter the ticket into the Reward program, nor is there any option to scan a drawing ticket into the Rewards program offered anywhere I have found in the app. Why has entering by scanning draw tickets into the Rewards program NOT been included in the most current app? I followed many of the directions for trouble shooting the app and none have had a result that allows draw ticket to be scanned for entry into the Reward program.

I cannot scan tickets for points

For the Rewards program the new app does not enter drawing tickets or have any thing/button or method to enter drawing tickets for rewards. Why?

Been trying since 9-23-22 to enter my scratch off tickets. Keeps saying " system down for maintenance" check back in a few minutes. It's been 4 whole days. What's wrong?

The app keeps giving me an error message to scan the right barcode to check and submit tickets. So frustrating
