For the love of all things holy MO Lottery, read your reviews! If you actually have read any of the reviews that you can tell were written by real app users, and still do flat out nothing to fix it... then just do us all a favor and get rid of MissouriLotteryOfficialApp ! And while your at it, just do away with the whole rewards program too! The ones to blame are MissouriLotteryOfficialApp developer, everyone in the PR department that is supposed have an ear listening in to what your users are saying and then doing something about it, and whoever you hired on that convinced you it was a good idea to completely change the point earning system to the current god awful wheel spinning system. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP, AND IF YOU COULD ALSO GO BACK TO THE OLD SYSTEM THAT NOT WORKED, IT WAS ALSO PREFERRED BY YOUR USERS!! (This you would know if you took 5 mins and read these reviews!)

Why is it that you can scan a scratcher once to check it and then enter it into your players club account but any draw game you have to scan to check it and scan it again to enter into your account. You cannot check tickets for winners (it seems after midnight) you get invalid. When you do the wheel spin and get a free ticket, it would be nice if you could screen shot it right then, but no you have to go somewhere else to find it. I guess that’s so we forget about it and never redeem them. Missouri lottery is making soooooo much money off winning tickets that are lost, thrown away, etc. that it would be nice if you made it easier for us to get our free $2 ticket.

Really liked MissouriLotteryOfficialApp until 2 updates ago. It used to scan so quickly that I was never sure how it could possibly be accurate. But it was. Now however most of the time it will not scan tickets and after so many try’s it locks you out of the account.
Fortunately for me I keep my tickets, I had an issue were MissouriLotteryOfficialApp did not scan a scratch ticket correctly said it was not a winner, I thought it was a $60 winner , I missed some of the numbers, so I took it to a store and it was a $100, took half my pile in and turns out I had another $100 winner in my loser pile. Since then I always double scan all tickets

You will see countless reviews on the multiple errors one will encounter with MissouriLotteryOfficialApp. So many times I’ve attempted to use it, only to find that it won’t function properly. - This is NOT a matter of my phone, as the software is always upstarted. Yes, I (have) logged out and back into my account, only to find the issues continue. Multiple days where the scanner isn’t working, days when the points earned off your spins do not update properly. I have lived in 6 states and the Missouri Lotto app is hands down the worst one I have ever attempted to use while enjoying the occasional gambling session.

I’m still trying to get a job where I don’t do it well and I still get paid. This is hands down worse app I’ve ever used. It hardly ever work properly that’s if you can even log in. Often times it states there was an error logging in when my login information is definitely accurate because it is stored it.

I usually have a little stack of tickets to check and get points for because I have to wait until MissouriLotteryOfficialApp decide it wants to act right. How can they get so much money and not do better?

Like others state read the reviews and then you’ll know the problems at hand…The scan feature doesn’t work half the time so you have rescan the items…Adding to players club is a pain and it doesn’t make since to have to scan two different barcodes…The points don’t update automatically when adding next scratches and draw tickets…Do you all need testers of your app or workers for MissouriLotteryOfficialApp specifically??? I mean we can help after all it is our dollars being spent on these tickets in hopes for a better life after all!!!

MissouriLotteryOfficialApp is totally corrupt and programmed to make you lose what is owed to you. When I first downloaded MissouriLotteryOfficialApp it was always inaccurate with my entries when I used it and I would take the same tickets to a gas station and they were then looked over by an actual person who saw to that I got what was owed to me. After a year of when I deleted MissouriLotteryOfficialApp I downloaded it again and attempted to enter my credentials it won’t allow me to use MissouriLotteryOfficialApp and I can’t create a new profile. The lottery is corrupt and only designed to steal your money

Don’t even bother to download MissouriLotteryOfficialApp unless you like holding your phone or iPad over your ticket for countless minutes expecting it to register whether you won anything. Or even better yet, shows you a white screen when “trying” to enter the Players Club. Do yourself a favor and take it to a live person to check because even the large machines found in the grocery stores don’t work. I continually get an “invalid” message reading on the screen. The Missouri Lottery App is the worst App I’ve ever used.

The scanning started out bad and just gets worse over time. That is literally the only reason I would have MissouriLotteryOfficialApp taking up space on my phone, otherwise, I’ll just use a website or some other means of checking numbers. Why do I have to scan tickets multiple times to check the ticket and enter the players club? The biggest question is why do I have to sign in every time I go to use that feature? I deleted MissouriLotteryOfficialApp and hopefully can save others from wasting time with it.

I hate having to log in to scan my tickets. When it works, I stay logged in but today I get cannot find personal information, then you are logged in at a different location use that location, then the third time I got the message unable to locate your login information.
All I want to do is scan my tickets. Your points system for the players club is such a joke I really do not care about it at all. Just fix your app so we can scan tickets.

I’ve used MissouriLotteryOfficialApp for several months in hopes of a second chance win by entering drawings, or just to check tickets. I’ve learned that playing the lottery does not feel good to me, nor does it feel good to use MissouriLotteryOfficialApp. My time is valuable to me, and spending time on MissouriLotteryOfficialApp in a “confirming” action, trying to win a lottery, then reconfirming again by re-entering the tickets into a second chance drawing seriously was a discount to my time. I truly value my time.

I have to manually put in my password almost every time I use it. Even when I do it gives me some type of error that it can’t verify my personal information. I don’t scan a ton on there, but I am sure some people are missing out on prizes and points because you can’t get in to scan your tickets. Hope they redevelop a new app or improve this one. Maybe look at other state apps that are highly rated. This one leaves a lot to be desired.

seriously MO lottery, are you stuck in some contract with current app developer?? whatever it will cost to break the contract and get someone that can develop a fully functional app, consistently performing as advertised - WORTH IT!!!! MissouriLotteryOfficialApp, as it stands, gives nothing but the appearance of you getting completely screwed by your app developer - and that does not make you look at all intelligent, credible, or trustworthy. it does, however, make you look dumb.

I just started having the problem after a year into having MissouriLotteryOfficialApp but one great bonus is that when I entered my points in to drawlings I got and won the $300 scratch off tickets awesome but need to fix MissouriLotteryOfficialApp I got to scan and enter into players club and nothing happens

But now I can’t access the barcode scanner, and haven’t been able to actually log in for a week. Finally got logged in today and it says “barcode scanner not available for your device”. Which it always has been before, so I went to check winning numbers since the scanner wasn’t working and it wouldn’t even load. Disappointing really, I was enjoying the players club and all it had to offer as well.

I’m giving 2 stars because the handful of times MissouriLotteryOfficialApp actually does what it’s supposed to do it’s not terrible. The majority of the time however nothing works! It’s not hard to read the reviews and fix the issues! If you can’t get MissouriLotteryOfficialApp to work, just let your players use a website!

If I could write this -5 I would. MissouriLotteryOfficialApp used to work and it did so for a while. Now when I go into check a ticket it will just remain on camera mode. I have tried logging out and logging back in uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing seems to work. It’s just like one day MissouriLotteryOfficialApp said I’m just gonna stop working auntie just that. Furthermore I cannot login to check any of my points or redeem anything anymore. I’ve honestly just given up

I had no problems today scanning in some scratchers. In the past I did have issues with MissouriLotteryOfficialApp . The must have fixed those issues. Didn’t win a lot :( maybe I’ll win in the drawing!

This is the worst ticket scanner!! Washington State and Ohio lottery ticket scanners are much easier with Ohio’s being the best. Playing around with Missouri ticket scanner and trying to center the scan bar….waiting…. waiting…waiting. This is ridiculous. All the money being spent on your lottery and the state making all the money from the lottery and this is the best you can come up with for your customers convenience?! Pathetic!!

Crashes a lot. Scanner issues abundant. Very , very slow scanning tickets is my biggest gripe. It’s almost like when you enter lots of tickets for the rewards, it slows you down. Kinda like how the phone companies slow down your data. Whenever you address the issue, it takes days for a vague response. Like today, it’s down again. I’ve checked on all devices.

First they changed the rewards program, then they change MissouriLotteryOfficialApp itself. Every time they update MissouriLotteryOfficialApp , it gets worse. Most of the time when I want to scan tickets, it says the service is disabled. Really hate the changes in the Missouri lottery. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I love how convenient it is to have to scan a scratcher ticket once to verify both whether a winner & to enter ticket in player’s club.

I don’t like there new update like all I’m trynna do is see if my ticket won and yet it try’s to force me to make a account why not bring back the old version no one likes this version

It’s slow but it’s money and trips

Downloaded to quickly scan tickets and it requires a registration. Immediately deleted as this is functionally useless.

Will not allow me to purchase anything. Looks like I’m not the only one with issues on MissouriLotteryOfficialApp. Would have been nice to use during quarantine.

MissouriLotteryOfficialApp will not scan the draw tickets. No wonder there are so many negative reviews. Please fix your app!

Enough said! Scanner to check winner and enter into players club works intermittently. Very poor design!

This is absolutely useless- it won’t even let me create a login.

I scanned about 100 Lotto $5 tickets in one sitting. Around 20 were cash winners and another 15 or so were free tickets. I scanned the winners again to verify and the $1 winners now say free tickets (and some of the free tickets now say $1). I scanned them a 3rd, 4th and 5th time. Each time the results changed. I finally went online and entered them manually. Once I got a manual result, I scanned them just to see what would happen. 1 out of 3 had a different result than the website (either free ticket or a dollar). I checked some losing tickets and those results matched (between site and app) every time. It seems MissouriLotteryOfficialApp knows if you win but it can’t figure out what you won. I tried logging out and back in between scans and that helped the accuracy but defeats the purpose of MissouriLotteryOfficialApp .

I bought lottery tickets for about 3 years, and accumulated over 4000 points and about 200 unentered tickets that I was saving towards a bigger prize and now they’ve change they’re system and my 4000 points are now drawing points which means they’re worthless, and all that time I spent entering, and all those tickets, was a waste of my time and effort. You guys are an amazing example of the joke “ it’s better to let someone think you’re an idiot than for you to open you’re mouth and prove them right.” You guys making MissouriLotteryOfficialApp? The equivalent of you opening you’re mouth. You are all idiots and have lost the business of many people, because though you may not know it, I have the potential everyday to reach a large crowd... and you can bet I’m already spreading the word

I don’t want to register for an account or the players club. When I did finally try it would not accept me. My husband had same problem and it took him a week to finally get an account. Now when we scan titckets it takes much longer with more steps then before. You have to enter password each time and then click on 4 different buttons to scan a ticket and then click on several more before you can scan another ticket. This is ridiculous and needs to change. For the ones of us that don’t want the players club we should be able to scan with out an account and with a simple click of 1 button.
