How to fix Battle.net app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Battle.net app on iPhone
Update Battle.net app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Battle.net iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Battle.net on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Battle.net network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Battle.net Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Battle.net not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Battle.net App
1. On android, goto Settings » Battle.net » click [Force Stop]

Update Battle.net to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Battle.net App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Battle.net » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Battle.net.

Fix Battle.net unable to contact server/ Battle.net internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Battle.net » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Battle.net » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
