How to fix VK app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VK app on iPhone
Update VK app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VK iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VK on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VK network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

VK Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix VK not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the VK App
1. On android, goto Settings » VK » click [Force Stop]

Update VK to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VK App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » VK » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart VK.

Fix VK unable to contact server/ VK internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click VK » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto VK » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VK
