My chewy app stopped working says the URL is wrong...I uninstalled it twice turned off phone called my carrier and it still does not work..I believe there is a glitch in your system not mine cause your app is the only one that is not working...

I cannot log in to my account, have changed passwords several times, have run virus protection, have shut computer off and back on, nothing works have called customer service twice they have been no help. I have a landline phone as I am very hard of hearing and cannot hear cell phones. I am not using app. I am going to your website on my desktop computer. I would really appreciate it some of your tech people would look into this and find out what the problem is. When I try to log in computer screen just blinks but I do not receive error message just the same log in screen. I have never had any trouble before logging in and I am not having any trouble logging into other sites just Chewy! Please help!
