Hi, I opened the PI App initially on a Samsung tablet and recently transferred it in a Modio M96 tablet. In trying to recover my forgotten password, the system prompts me to send a pre-drafted text with 6-digits to a USA number. The number USA number comes up with a //+ the number. After deleting the //, and tapping the send button, the text is never delivered to the number. I have been on this since 8-13th of March. I would have loved to attach screenshots of the whole process, but unfortunately, there are no features for such. Kindly assist me so that I can recover my account and not lose my mined PI. My number is +2348138051983. Thanks in anticipation of a quick resolution.
