UOB TMRW Malaysia Reviews

This is NOT a complete banking app. I’m still required to use their website for simple transactions like fixed deposits or FBX transactions!!! This is so typical of a Singapore bank with conservative banking systems.

Can’t open UOBTMRWMalaysia due to technical errors and it’s been two weeks

I’ve signed up for FaceID logon each time i sign in- and each time i sign in, it doesnt even work. Such a hassle

Balik kampung la. Kena scroll & click banyak only can login to see acct. Pi study other banks and foreign banks. Disclaimer non stop won’t protect you la UOB.

非常stupid. 操作非常不方便，基本的复制粘贴都不支持。记账功能竟然不是实时的

I deeply regret the sale of Citibank to those morons from Singapore. UOBTMRWMalaysia is extremely badly designed, unnecessarily tedious and complicated to get anything done. Stop overusing SMS code or OTP verification! UOBTMRWMalaysia is basically unusable and this does not help in deterring scammers!!!

Overpaid my credit card because scheduled transactions don’t show and payment doesn’t execute earlier in the day. When I called up the Visa Infinite customer support, they told me to use the website to check. SMS OTP just to view transactions is very annoying and insecure as a second factor.

I tried many times to set up mighty secure. The instructions are lousy, not easy to follow. I kept getting wrong password message. Not clear!! Why can’t I set it up in PC!!!!? It’s tough to use handphone to set up this kind of function! Developer is not pragmatic at all! Wasted my time. I wanted to do FPX transfer but couldn’t get it done and it’s passed midnight and my daily limit was wasted. Gonna change bank to do this kind of transactions. Lousy system!

Notification needs to be turned on so that UOBTMRWMalaysia can allow access to some functions when logging on through a computer. But when notification is on, UOBTMRWMalaysia will spam promos onto the phone every few days.
