Help pls. The smart watch is giving me more steps than i have actually done. It is inaccurate. Too many steps recorded i did not do

The sleep record is no accurate. The watch will start tracking my sleep after 0200hrs. Even with the phone and smartphone connected to the Bluetooth, the voice assistance feature is no working.

Distance is not accurate when running it is out by over 1k.

My Glory fit shows daily steps but not showing weekly and monthly totals. This fault only started today

No contacts in watch can’t ring out

Watch is not tracking the full distance on walks and seems to stop after around 1km, although it is recording the steps

Hi, the step count in the app and exercise information are not matching what has been recorded by the watch. E.g recorded a walk on the watch of over 4km, but app only has a few metres recorded. Step count on watch now over 8000 buy only 1250 on the app.

My phone is not receiving message or phone call notifications. It’s is connected to Bluetooth.

It won't update time. I entered a different time zone. The app says it isn't paired but my phone and the watch say they are.

My step count keeps stopping at 234, it also recorded my sleep on the 1st night and then nothing since

The step counter is way off. My phone, which I do not normally carry around will record 40% more steps than the GloryFit. It records nothing while doing housework, like mopping! How does it show no steps when I'm dripping sweat from mopping. What can I do to improve accuracy? Thanks for the help.

My app stopped reading Hear rate and recoding sleep. also the Blood Pressure monitor always read same reading never changes

I think, since an upgrade, I like a previous user sleep monitor doesn't start recording my sleep until 2am, I go to bed by 10pm and am usually asleep by 10.30pm.

The watch is recording my sleep but its not on the glory fit app

Since downloading Gloryfit app notification sounds have stopped on my Samsung Galaxy S22.

It continues taking my blood pressure and does not stop

Why doesn't GloryFit address these concerns and problems and then update their software. It's irritating to have to use GloryFit and it doesn't work as it should. Sad.

I can not get the text messages and phone to since with watch

Contacts won't load to watch. Only 8 contacts load to the app.

My gloryfit keeps stopping and flashing up

Constantly keeps stopping. A real pain in the arse

Following update 28 July 2023. I now constantly get pop up saying glory fit has stopped working. I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling but nothing works. App useless now

The blood pressure on my gloryfit watch is not working right. It keeps reading my blood pressure as 144/83. This is completely wrong and I would like it fixed. Thank you.

The app registers my sleep pattern but my smart watch registers 0.00

The blood pressure monitor is not working. I bought this watch because of the blood pressure monitor on the watch. Please fix this problem.

I have the smartwatch and had the app for about 6 months until the app was needing to be updated and when I tried to update it wouldn't update. I uni stalked the app and tried to reinstall and it won't download. It had been a month plus and I have tried multiple times and still is not working.

Beginning after the last update my glory fit watch consistently tells me my temperature is 105.6. Sometimes a little higher, sometimes a little lower, but never lower than 104. Please help!
