Hi, when I use cycling or running mode, the distances are not tracked. So at the end of the workout it says distance too short to record.

The only problem I get so far. Is with the weather fails to update. So it cant update watch. I had ro uninstall and reinstall just to get it to work for a short time. I cant keep doing that all the time. And another problem I see, that the developers of the app has no interest in responding to ppl's views, comments, and problems. here and on playstore. Ignorance is there biggest problem

Workouts not recording. I will begin recording my workout in the app, The countdown will begin, and the stopwatch starts. However, when I go in to complete the workout, the timer is no longer active, and no workout was recorded. I have had a watch less than a week, and this is the third time this has happened. Is there a way to manually enter a workout?

I set an alarm when I first got my Gloryfit and now I can not find the alarm icon, where is the icon? I have the stopwatch and timer under the toolbox but NO alarm. Please help me.

My sleep is recorded on the watch but it doesn't transfer or sync to the app, the blood pressure and blood oxygen all sync to the app. Do I need to turn something on or how do I manually sync the pair?

My sleep tracker seems to be off time by at least an hour. Time on watch is correct but sleep tracker shows later time. For instance i got up at 8:08. Watch says i was in deep sleep until 9am

I switched the voice on in my gloryfit app and now I can,t stop it talking and beeping. I can,t get into my phone. It asks me to double tap every one of my passcode numbers and then double tap something else but doesn't tell you what. Hello. I wore the Gloryfit watch to bed, the Gloryfit recorded over 5 hours of sleep, but the phone/app did not record any information for sleeping. It did however record my blood rate and blood oxygen.

the FIND function does not work - no notification sound or vibration on phone

The distance is too short to save the data. Even when walking for 30mins

I can't change the watch face

The sleep data is continuing to count since the time change and it is now up to 24 hours. It won’t reset back to zero in sync with my watch.

Text messages will not come through. Phone calls do. I have reinstalled app a couple of times but can not get notifications for text messages.

My sensor for my heart rate, oxygen and tracker is not working after 2 days of wearing it. The green sensor light is not coming on. It’s only 2 days old. It’s a 2023 smart watch

Watch not recording steps correctly I walked 3 miles today but only counted about 700 steps? Why, only had a couple of days

Step count is way off. I ran 2.14 miles and had 3154 steps on my samsung galaxy smart watch and phone. The Gloryfit watch said I walked .61km and 761 steps.

I do have a problem logging in to the app as I don't know my password. I don't remember ever setting one up. However that is not the real problem. The real problem is that the watch started to overheat today and gave me a small burn on my wrist. It seems to be OK now but I am not going to risk putting it on again. Can you tell me how to contact the manufacturer please? I think I have had the watch about two years.

Doesn't record steps, i did a 4 mile walk only recorded just over 2000 steps, I'm not a giant!

2 issues. This morning, my watch is not giving weather for my location and I can't change it. Second, the sleep tracker is not keeping accurate time.

The sleep record is no accurate. The watch will start tracking my sleep after 0200hrs. Even with the phone and smartphone connected to the Bluetooth, the voice assistance feature is no working.

Distance is not accurate when running it is out by over 1k.

Hi, the step count in the app and exercise information are not matching what has been recorded by the watch. E.g recorded a walk on the watch of over 4km, but app only has a few metres recorded. Step count on watch now over 8000 buy only 1250 on the app.

It won't update time. I entered a different time zone. The app says it isn't paired but my phone and the watch say they are.

The step counter is way off. My phone, which I do not normally carry around will record 40% more steps than the GloryFit. It records nothing while doing housework, like mopping! How does it show no steps when I'm dripping sweat from mopping. What can I do to improve accuracy? Thanks for the help.

I think, since an upgrade, I like a previous user sleep monitor doesn't start recording my sleep until 2am, I go to bed by 10pm and am usually asleep by 10.30pm.

Why doesn't GloryFit address these concerns and problems and then update their software. It's irritating to have to use GloryFit and it doesn't work as it should. Sad.

I have the smartwatch and had the app for about 6 months until the app was needing to be updated and when I tried to update it wouldn't update. I uni stalked the app and tried to reinstall and it won't download. It had been a month plus and I have tried multiple times and still is not working.

Beginning after the last update my glory fit watch consistently tells me my temperature is 105.6. Sometimes a little higher, sometimes a little lower, but never lower than 104. Please help!

My sister tried to find her phone with her watch paired to her phone using gloryfit. Now she is getting feedback even after she powered down her watch.

Steps are logged and registered on android phone during the day. However twice overnight half the steps counted have disappeared. E.g. yesterday I logged 15079 steps by bedtime, in the morning it only shows 7901 for yesterday. Why?

Blood pressure inaccurate. Gives me good average reading but when tested against my cardio blood pressure monitor, it is way out. I have a high blood pressure problem, yet this tracker would imply I’m ok. Dangerous!

My watch doesn't provide accurate blood pressure

After talking to a paramedic friend, this device cannot register BP. A medical BP device reads systolic and dystolic BP. Pressure on the arm has to be increased to read systolic pressure AND the pressure slowly RELEASED to read dystolic pressure. The watch cannot do it.

When starting the app, it will not go past the Background Activity Permission screen, even though I have my settings set to allow it to run in the background.

Most everything works within the app for Android. There is one thing that is not working correctly though. When syncing the phone contact list it does not show the complete list of contacts in my contact list. It actually only shows 30-40% of them. I have about 70 ish contacts total...and it is only showing around 20 something total.
