My app has stopped working after last update - is anything being done to resolve this please?
3 days ago, I had to take my glory fit watch off as it was burning my wrist. The back, the battery side got so hot I couldn't touch it. I put it in my empty stainless sink for 2-3 hours. Then, I checked it and it was not hot. But the battery was down to 3% charged. It had plenty of charge earlier. So, I put it on the charger for about 20-30 minutes and it was down to 1%. So, I figured it was no good. However, I put it on the charger again. It didn't seem to be working. I left it on it anyway. Then, I checked it about 3 hours later and it was fully charged! I have now worn it for the last 2 days, charging it once, and it's working fine now, except my sleep is not sinking with my phone app, and sometimes my heart part doesn't always sinc either. When it works, it's great. But, I wonder, is it going to burn my wrist again???
I'm trying to download the app on my Samsung Galaxy S22+ and it just buffers and says "pending"
