How to reset password for glory fit watch

I am disappointed with this app which only allows 100 contacts. It not only allows more than 100 contacts, it doesn't even recognize names of people that you have listed. What developer did this....UGH!!

My watch keeps getting an alert about the function and I don't know how to fix the problem.

I keep getting a verification message on my watch my sleep is not working since i have charge my watch i have only had it 3weeks

The message is continually on the screen and cannot be cleared.

No matter what I do. Reset the watch several times, this is the only message that is on my watch screen. I have done all that is suggested to do. Need help. Thank you

I bought a Gloryfit watch a couple of months ago. The watch worked well but last week I lost connection with my Iphone and have not been able to reconnect. I have repeatedly tried to reconnect but no luck, which means that the Iphone and the watch are operating on different times.

Location is wrong. I live in Stoughton Wisconsin NOT Stoughton Massachusetts. So I NEVER get the correct weather. How do I fix this??? I can drive to another location and it picks it up. But drive one mile and boom I'm back in another state?? How do I fix this please, I like the glory fit, but this is going to get me to return it.

My watch pars to my iPhone but doesn't allow me to view text messages on the watch

I work nights, so I don't get to sleep until 7am. Gloryfit doesn't record any sleep after 6am so it thinks I never sleep. Why is there a limit on sleeping hours - lots of people work at night!

I got a new cellphone, opened app and signed in, now won't work because it says Ihave 2 accounts and I can't have 2 accounts. I contacted thru text customer service and she said it would cost me $1 for technician n fully refundable....they wanted to charge me $46......my creditcardcompany did not allow the charge-this is NOT right!!

I have a set up problem witch I did not have in the last two times I changed a smart phone from old Sharp Aquos to Aquos Wish 2, Android version 12, bluetooth V.5.1 lately . I cannot proceed the set up process because I cannot select the sex. (Touching Male but no responce except a small click sound.) Glory fit has been downloaded repeatedly. So it should be the latest version. My watch has been Q9 PRO quite a while and no problem with the old phones to set up and use. It coud be "Set up" issue. Background activity page shows "other bland" Your help would be appreciated, and even more so if you respond in Japanese. Tank you

I haven't had any issues with GloryFit save for the weather location being wrong. However, after granting permissions to both GloryFit and Maps, copying Maps location to clipboard (unlimited time), and immediately refreshing Gloryfit Weather afterwards - location issue was solved and the correct location was saved as default. All other features have been working just fine between watch and phone app since getting the watch years ago.

When I do Parkrun the running exercise mode stops recording before the end and thus I don’t get time properly recorded. My sleep also does not record correctly- usually start time is ok but it thinks I get up at around 1-2am in the morning and thus only have 3-4 hours sleep. This happens almost every day. Plus it says my heart rate at night is sometimes over 100bpm which when sleeping is clearly not the case. Any thoughts/ recommendations!

How long to fully charge watch? Is currently only holding charge for less than 24 hours, so maybe I am not charging it long enough or is that normal? Also, can font be changed for incoming texts? So small it literally hurts my eyes to try to read.

I did an update on the app, but now when i receive the verification code, it wont let me login.

Hi,bought one of your smart watches from Amazon. When trying to set it up it is not sending me any verification code.It does a count down from 60 but not getting the code to my email.Did all the checks and tried several times but still nothing.

I have the glory fit smartwatch. Everything works fine except the weather. I live in Columbus but work in Westerville. When I'm at home weather is correct, but when I'm at work, it just says west instead of Westerville and the weather is dramatically different. I don't understand how that is possible if the app is using location.

Gloryfit app shows wrong location for weather. I had my home NY City, then traveled to Ohio and it changed, but it did not change back to NYC when I returned home. How do I change the weather location in the app?

I received my new GloryFit a couple days ago. I put it on the charger, and when I pressed the button while on the charger, it will come on. A few minutes later is displays "Fully Charged". But unless it is on the charger, it will NOT turn on. Nothing I try will turn it on.

Received a Health Smartwatch 2 for Christmas. I am not satisfied with the readings I get. The sleep time is alway off (I monitor it with my Fitbit), the numbers are all too small that it takes a magnifying glass to read them. BP always runs in the 140/80 range which is incorrect as it is normally 120/70 or less. I take my BP to double check. Also, the heart rate shows dips to the 40’s, which is incorrect, as I have a PPM set at 75 bpm, and it paces 98% of the time, I am pacemaker dependent. If it went into the 40’s. I might not wake up. The face will automatically change by itself. O2 sats always around 98%, I check with my pulse ox and it generally runs 94%. I am a nurse so am aware of these readings. I want to return this watch, and get a refund.

My watch is hooked to my phone however I got a message on my phone the other day wanting to access all on my phone even my pictures it says to accept or decline I hit decline and now my app will not work on my phone and the message will not go off the phone no reason for you to have all my info

Have only had my glory fit for 3 days but my blood pressure has consistently been 141-142 over 81-82 this is well above my normal 112/70 how do I get it to recalibrate?

I NEED TO CHANGE MY FONT. I CAN NOT SEE THE MESSAGES AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND OUT HOW OR IF I CAN DO THAT.

My location is wrong. I live in West Allis Wisconsin, my location is listed "West", and matches the weather in "West, Texas". Very different weather, makes that function worse than useless.

How do I change the sleep schedule? It's currently set at 11pm to 7am and it doesn't record when I've gone to bed early.

GloryFit has the wrong location, so my weather is wrong. I’m in Hanover, MB and it is recording weather from Hanover, ON.

While wearing, clock face keeps changing. I do not know what causes this. Very irritating. How do I change it back on the watch? Can’t find it in the settings. Do not want to resync from phone all the time. Please help.

The only thing working correctly is the time feature, all others are useless and the watch doesn't even recognize its on my wrist. The screen doesn't wake up when I raise my wrist. The BPM, blood pressure features both don't work on my wrist... I'd stay well clear of this company in the future. Complete waste of money

I have a Samsung Galaxy A50 phone and when I download the Gloryfit app it loads ok but doesnt seem to open? when opening the app I get the run in background screen with a 'go to set' button illuminated. When selecting the 'go to set button' i can change parameters in 'notifications''permissions' and 'defaults' but when allowing all services in the 'permissions' tab it doesn't make any difference. The same app when downloaded on my wives Iphone loads up and opens instantly? Is this an andriod OS problem. I have a smart watch for Christmas which is useless if I cant operate the app on my phone. Please can you assist urgently.

G8 low cost watch. Good to try out for first time user. To all the petty compaints here I say spend more. You can onky get so much tech for $50...

I need to change font size for messages, weather location and calibrate BP monitor.

I cannot get GloryFit app to have my placating for weather. What is the process to get the correct location?

I have no problem, the watch works well, but i wish the font was larger for incoming text messages. is this possible? I can't find a setting for this.

The BP function is way off.. 20-25 pts higher than. My other two BP INSTRUMENTS!! Which actually agree within few points of each other

SMS messages will not come though to watch. I have an iPhone XS but all the setting are allowing notifications and have the right permissions because I can get other app messages to come through just not sms

Was working great until recently. Not recording HR/BP/C02 or steps anymore. Will not turn on screen w/flip of wrist. VERY ANNOYING! Tried to update firmware. "Detection Timeout." I see they are no longer available for sale on Amazon. PLEASE FIX!

Just got this watch 2 days ago. It's not tracking my steps accurately. It's showing at least 1000 steps less than the tracker on my phone and just stops tracking them completely even though I'm still moving. My hr is always 52 even though my job keeps me moving. It hasn't tracked my sleep at all. I've adjusted how tight or loose I wear it, doesn't seem to matter.

Glory Fit Software has the wrong location for weather. The city name is correct but the county is in another state.

Weather will not sync. Has me in another state. Have tried to reset and reinstall to no luck.

The app is loaded on my S7 phone to talk to my Bakeey Q26 smart watch. 1) does not display O2 reading anywhere in app 2) doesn't seem to set settings properly to have watch do interval checks on BP, BT or O2. Only HR is actively tested at intervals.

My watch is working great but if I look at the app at any time during the day the app information keeps popping up over whatever else I am doing on my phone. It is very frustrating as it happens every couple minutes. So I haven't been able to use the app to access my statistics for quite some time.

I am unable to get sms from WhatsApp, but can from other platforms.
