For starters - when setting the watch up I followed the directions step by step and have it correctly linked to my phone’s Bluetooth... The band with sync to my phone and display the correct time, etc. but literally every 5 minutes it’ll un-sync, give me a message saying, “Hello” and then have the wrong time until I manually go into the app on my phone and re-sync it. Then 5 minutes it’ll do the same thing. I realize this product was only $10 but I still expect it to work better than this because at this point I literally spent $10 on a rubber bracelet for my wrist.

After the update better, it's actually a great watch, but one problem is that the smart alarm does not make any sound or buzz; like it does for the reminder to stand it will buzz your wrist, but for the smart alarm it just appears on the watch at the time of the set alarm, but no sound or tactile buzz which is highly disappointing, it doesn't work correctly. The only other thing I wish the app would record the O2 reading as it does the other vitals. My watch can measure O2 saturation.

I don’t even have the activity button on the bottom of my homepage and I can’t set my birthday or other information because when I click it it just is blank and doesn’t allow me to type anything in. I connected it to Bluetooth like everyone said to but I’m just missing some key features I’d like to have. If anyone has any tips please let me know I have the 1.5 updated version.
